I left my room just a moment ago, and someone entered without permission.
Someone entered my room while I was out buying snacks at the convenience store (about 15 minutes).

Maybe a 3.5. If you are just staying one night, it might be a 4 star rating.
The place is fine, definitely a decent place to stay. It was marked down due to the strange check-in times and procedures for staying two nights.
11:00 pm check-in the first night and 9:00 pm the second. Stayed 2 nights, but had to have everything out of the room by noon after the first night. At least the front desk held the bags.
It was noisy one night due to an inconsiderate guest and loud TV on the floor above.
Shaggy cheap.
