I had a wonderful stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived.

Mr. Kim sangat baik dan ramah, dia membantu memberitahukan kami cara pengunaan fasilitas di tempat ini dan siap dihubungi melalui whatsApp apabila memerlukan bantuan. lokasi dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan myeongdong, namsan cable tower, dan stasiun myeongdong. sangat direkomendasikan untuk orang indonesia karena toilet sudah menggunakan bidet.

Extremely convenient location, located steps away from Myeongdong and the metro station.

Room was clean, and there are a few complimentary freebies located in the lobby. Only complaint is that the room did smell a little musty, which was a bit off-putting, but for the price, hard to complain.

Overall, a decent choice for the price paid.

Throughout our visit, Mr Kim was incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring a comfortable and seamless experience during our stay. It was very easy to reach him whenever we had any request or inquiry. The guesthouse is located at a very strategic location, just 3 mins walk Myeongdong Station, and about 5-7 mins walk from Myeongdong Street. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely choose this place again for our next trip to Korea. Btw Mr Kim also owns a restaurant, we were able to visit it and it did not disappoint. Highly recommended!! 10/10

I chose to stay at their Guesthouse based on the positive reviews on Agoda and Google. While many praised the cleanliness and friendly owner, I found the cleanliness lacking, with spiderwebs at the corner on the ceiling. The main appeal of Winwin Guesthouse is its location in Myeondong, conveniently close at subway station exit 3 or 1. (located right beside Pacific Hotel) and various restaurants such as Halal and Vegan up the hill. However, the price is relatively high for a guesthouse, especially considering the lack of services provided. Guests are expected to handle tasks such as towel washing and room maintenance themselves, with limited amenities like towels only provided for the first day. Since dust tends to accumulate, there's a vacuum cleaner provided outside your room for you to use in keeping your space clean. You need to throw your own thrash too. Not every room is equipped with a fridge. You'll need to request one, and it will be placed outside your room for you to carry in yourself. Toiletries are available on shelves outside the room. Additionally, there's a small pantry near the main door with a water dispenser and supplies for coffee and tea. The shared washer and dryer in the basement are also used by the owner for cleaning, adding to the inconvenience. There’s specific timing to use the washer and microwave.
Winwin Guesthouse walls are incredibly thin, allowing you to hear conversations, footsteps, door sounds, people dragging their luggages, people climbing up and down the stairs and even babies crying from the adjacent room. If you're a light sleeper, this guesthouse may not be suitable for you. I believe the price does not justify the level of service, and for a slightly higher cost, one could enjoy the comforts of a hotel with dedicated housekeeping and concierge services. As I mentioned, the high price you're paying here is primarily for the location, rather than for any additional amenities or services.
