Agreed with the last bad review. The basement floor was horrible compared to the upper floor. The windows couldn’t be shut nicely so we raised about safety issue. The bunk bed was shaky. Overall just bad. They should have improved it by now. We were initially taken to the upper floor by mistake and could see the striking difference in terms of the quality of the apartments!

The Host is the best and the location is perfect. I will stay here everytime I come to Seoul.

Great location!

Bad experience. It is a building composed from many apartments. The apartments located on the upper floor are fine. The apartements on the -1 floors are awful: no acustic isolation, bad smell from the cars parked outside the building, insects, humidity, trash closed to the windows, etc (see pictures). Therefore, you will find good reviews (for the apartements on the upper floors) and bad reviews like this one (for the apartements on the -1 floor). The pictures available online ("booking" websites) are unfair, showing very well only the apartements on the upper floors. Never again.
