Sunnyhill Hostel Hongdae

Great value for money if you're looking for a place to stay in the Hongdae area. It's perfect if you plan to spend most of your day exploring Seoul and just need a comfortable place to rest at night. The guesthouse has a cozy common area where you can relax, an elevator for easy access to the rooms, and free laundry facilities, which is very convenient for longer stays. Overall, a practical and budget-friendly option in a great location.

very good location, good price. But very hard to contact hostel staff during my stay. Tried to contact staff about lugguages but, no respond at all

订双床房型，提供了6楼的房间，但是电梯只有到5楼，而且往6楼的楼梯部分有点窄，对于扛行李箱来说不太方便，对于自由行走了整天还要再爬楼梯也是不太佳。
地点在弘大附近，吃的喝的逛的算是很方便的地点，在巷弄内，晚上蛮安静的。

The hostel is very simple and nice. Very easy to check in and check out. You can store your luggage at the common area if you come early to the hostel. The CU mart is also very near to hotel. Many coffee shops nearby.

Stayed here for one night, and got absolutely nothing to complain about.

Room was clean, all the facilities were working and in good condition, heater, hot water & elevator were working nicely.

The lobby is super comfortable if you want to hang out or have some drinks with your friends for a bit.

Location wise, this hostel is about 700 meters from the nearest train station (hongik univ / hongdae station), so not too close but still walkable. There are some nice restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores available in the area as well.

Quite near exit 2. There's a nice and cheap Tonkatsu place in front of the hotel.

There's an elevator which is rare in Seoul.

Free laundry is also available.

The owner is really nice.
