It is right in front of Soongsil University, so it is great for commuting to school, and the location is fantastic for going out.

Since there are only women, there is absolutely no danger or inconvenience, which is great.

If you're a tourist whose goal is to be out of the hotel room and explore, you've made the right choice. The rooms are small, but perfectly adequate for sleeping, although I could argue about the comfort of the bed. However, I have no doubts about the cleanliness—that's a plus.

I'm very unhappy with the sign. Tourists who come here might not speak the local language. I'm sooooo disappointed. I had to search for it for so long.

The Wi-Fi password sign in the room doesn't match any of the active ones. But you can find the password in the hallway.

1. Psychological Damage Caused by Unauthorized Intrusion

Around 6:00 PM on May 24th, while I was resting in my room, someone entered my room's passcode without permission, opened the door, and illegally trespassed. At the time, I was undressed, and as a woman living alone, I suffered severe psychological shock and trauma from a stranger suddenly opening the door and entering.

Through communication with the manager, I learned that the intruder had mistakenly opened my door because he had swapped the refrigerator in another room. Due to this situation, I decided that I could no longer live in the house with peace of mind and resolved to move out.

However, the manager demanded a 10% fee for early contract termination. I felt it was unfair to have to pay a penalty fee when I had suffered damages due to an unauthorized intrusion that was clearly caused by the manager's negligence. When I expressed my intention to report the incident to the police, the manager acknowledged the intruder's fault and agreed to let me vacate the premises without paying a penalty fee. Due to this incident, I was unable to sleep properly for an entire week, and it significantly disrupted my daily life and studies. Although the director offered a rent reduction for the following month, the emotional distress was so severe that I ultimately decided to vacate the premises.

2. Issues Regarding Toilet Repair Costs and Security Deposit Settlement

On June 16th, I received a request from the director to replace the toilet due to damage. However, there was no contact until June 27th, without any specific discussion regarding who should replace it or how.

On June 27th, when I inquired about the progress of the toilet repair, the director replied that if I replaced the toilet myself, they would settle the remaining security deposit and half a month's rent. I then proposed that I would pay the cost if the director replaced the toilet personally and presented the receipt; however, the director reportedly gave a unilateral response stating that they would deduct the entire remaining rent of 360,000 won and the security deposit of 300,000 won.

According to the contract terms, housing repair costs are typically covered by the security deposit first, and if any remaining amount is incurred, the director is expected to provide a clear cost list for the tenant to pay the additional expenses. In other words, I believe it is unfair to directly deduct the remaining rent and security deposit.

However, the director subsequently responded with a very unfriendly attitude, stating that they would no longer answer and would block me, and they did block me.
