我非常喜欢这里的一切。房间宽敞，具体视预订情况而定。服务也无可挑剔。韩式早餐美味可口，种类丰富，而且量足味美。

地理位置也非常好。它位于弘大中心地带，但又坐落在一条小街上，所以并不吵闹。

前台沟通没有问题；英文 简单中文都可以；位置在弘大附近所以很方便；但隔音是真的很不好，隔壁说话声音一清二楚；WiFi不能用。其他都服务很好，早餐中规中矩的韩式早餐；不过早餐有些位置的阳光很美～

I booked this guest house for my girlfriend and myself for a few days as the first stop of our trip to Seoul. Unfortunately, our flight tickets were cancelled due to the unrest in Iran, and we were left without any viable option to travel to South Korea.

I fully understand that the booking conditions did not provide for a refund in this situation, and I was not expecting a full reimbursement. However, I had hoped for at least some willingness to review the circumstances or discuss a possible solution.

Instead, my request was declined several times without any further explanation or attempt to engage in a conversation. While the strict application of the policy may be contractually correct, the complete lack of flexibility or empathy was disappointing and, in my opinion, does not reflect a service-oriented approach.

I stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience. The hotel has an excellent quality-price ratio and everything was comfortable and clean. One of the highlights was the breakfast always varied.

The room is a bit small, but very cozy and well organized. It also had a really pleasant scent that lasted throughout the entire stay, which made the room feel even more comfortable.

The location is perfect. It’s in the Hongdae area but just a few steps away from the busy nightlife streets, so the neighborhood is much quieter and the street itself is very peaceful.

It’s also less than a 5-minute walk from Hongik University Station, which makes it very convenient for exploring Seoul. The station is on the green circular line, so it’s very easy to reach many parts of the city.

Overall, a great place to stay if you want a good location in Seoul with good value for money ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is a very nice guesthouse located near a metro station. They accommodate to your needs - we have arrived late at night and it was still possible to access our room. Additionally, as I do not eat meat, they have prepared different food for me. I especially appreciate it as it is very hard to eat vegan in South Korea. Great stay :)

Park Avenue Guesthouse was an amazing experience. My stay here was wonderful. 사장님, Tommy and Anna are the best! Very helpful, very kind and Tommy helped me practice my 한국어.

Breakfast is offered in the morning and is always delicious. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The area is very quiet at night so sleeping peacefully at night is easy!

The location is a few steps away from the line park, which is very popular when the weather is great, and a few busy streets away from the Hongdae shopping area. The Hongik University subway station is super close and is two stops away from Seoul Station by the AREX line.

We enjoyed our stay here a lot. The staff was amazing- always cheerful, very helpful and always friendly. They also spoke quite good english and helped us with navigation a lot. We especially enjoyed the traditional breakfast (changing every morning)!
The train station is close by and it’s easy to get to the airport. Definitely a recommendation!
