NEO SEOUL GUESTHOUSE

Great budget hotel. Firstly, it has a communal kitchen that serves breakfast for those non-morning people (ie. me), and rooms with toilets that are decently sized. Only gripe with this hotel is that there is no water boiler, but other than that, serves its purpose as a hotel well

Вполне нормальное местечко. Нас довольно быстро заселили. Напоминает общагу. Поел - помыл после себя. Бесплатный wi-fi. И улицы Хондэ близко👍 Всяко лучше чем отели за ту же сумму.

很划算的民宿

Stayed here when I travelled to Seoul last year and everything was fine until I saw a job ad from this guesthouse in a foreigner job hunting group which pays less than the legal amount.

(Probation / "Training / internship" period of one month) pays you 1.2 million * 80% = 960k krw for a month, 7.5 hours per day for 22 days = 165 hours, ie 5818krw per hour. While the legal minimum wage is 7530krw/hr (including so called internship period), this hostel has obviously neglected the laws.

960k per month in Seoul is nothing if you have lived there (hence the 7530krw minimum wage), don't think this is acceptable. Every dollar you pay as a consumer is cast of vote to the world you want to create. For me I'm not gonna build a world that exploits employees so I won't (knowingly) support unethical business.

Come on your employees have been doing a great job keeping your hostel clean and greeting your guests nicely. They helped you earn the money and you can't even pay them the amount the deserve! It frustrates me so much cos I have already paid and stayed in this hostel before and o feel like I have been a part of the bystanders of exploitation.

民宿位在地铁2号线弘益大学和合井站的中间位置，从弘益大学8号出口走大约10分钟，周围有三间便利商店(CU,GS25,7-11)等，半夜买东西都很方便。民宿周遭很安静，是很好的休息场所。整栋皆采用密码锁，不须额外携带钥匙非常方便。
一楼为交谊厅，有大长桌或两个沙发区，还有提供外卖本跟代叫外卖服务。早晨8:00-10:30有提供简易早餐，还有提供行李寄放。
唯一的缺点就是没有电梯，如果行李很重可能要同行旅伴帮忙，并且楼层算法是台湾再加一(住2楼=整栋的3楼)。每房外都有鞋柜，鞋子不能入房内，上下铺房型的床和枕头都非常柔软我很喜欢！吹风机的风力也很强，还有一个额外的小阳台可以放战利品。莲蓬头水力稍弱但还可以接受，热度也满好的但偶尔会瞬间偏烫。每周二四六可将打扫牌挂出门把，会来打扫厕所垃圾及地面。

这家旅馆距离首尔站步行仅需10分钟，而且靠近餐厅和商店，我很喜欢。房间相当宽敞，设施齐全。不过，客房服务并非每天都有，需要早起（上午10点前）才能打扫房间。因此，我们的房间大部分时间都比较脏。公共区域（见照片）非常棒。工作人员很热情周到，还帮我们搬运行李。

超棒的民宿！地点超方便在弘大1号出口上来走10分钟以内抵达
房间打扫得很干净床垫也很舒适很好睡！大推！已经三访～下次一定还会再去～
早餐虽然简单但吃很饱！有吐司配奶油/草莓/巧克力/花生果酱、果汁、牛奶、咖啡、麦片可以选择！还可以请店员协助叫外卖喔～
但民宿有一个小缺点是没有电梯，搬行李的时候会辛苦一点，我们去的时候遇到老板很热心的帮我们扛，退房因为是凌晨所以自己搬～

Excellent guesthouse. Very new and clean. Attendants were kind and helpful. Great location close to many bars and clubs and close to bus/subway lines.

So friendly. Very clean. High standard of quality in beds, linens, fixtures, and so on. Only downside is that it is cash only, but that is hardly a detractor compared to all the upsides. I will definitely be staying here again.

My fiancee and I have gone back to Korea three times, and each time we'll go to Neo Seoul for it's location within Hongdae, aesthetically modern designs, and clever nuances. In addition to a private patio which we've used in the summer for get-together barbecues, comfortable shared living room for socializing, and full on kitchen, the rooms are comfortable with deep bathrooms! I can't explain how rare a spacious bathroom is in Korea, where you can actually have everything laid out without being worried of your towels and clothes getting wet.

The owner and staff have always been completely focused on making sure experiences are full of good memories, and with everything in life, what you give is what you should expect. Come with an open mind and feel free to converse. Neo Seoul is a place to build memories.
