clean place.. nice neighborhood.. close to train station.. affordable

Got a room all too myself. Very cold but supplied a heater. Was a bit difficult to find this location because of the new construction and Google maps doesn't work well in Korea. The staff is friendly and close walk to alot of good options.

Hygiene is fine. But if u want to leave your luggage here. U need to reconsider. Their main door is kept opening from morning to 10pm. Most of time the reception is empty. Location is great.

1. Poor service
Reception only have staff before 10pm but you still need to call them to come down. Absolutely no one can help you after 10pm, no matter by call or by internet.

2. Poor security
Everyone can come into the building 24 hours without a key.
Luggage of checked out guest will be left unattended in public area without attention of staff.

3. Very poor hygiene
Stain of blood on toilet blood!
Lot or dust or hairs on furniture on floor. (Even I used to be dirty)

4. Poorly equiped room
No bed sheet for one of the bed in twin one! ( One bed has, one bed doesn't ) And no staff can help!
Ridiculous!
Fridge is out of order and full of dust.

5. Only good location.

隔音不好，洗澡水忽冷忽热，设备阳春，两人房房间内有一台不知名的机器会发出运作的低频噪音。但距离商圈和地铁站很近，价格合理，附近也有便利商店。

浴室清洁待加强，浴室地板与房间地板高度落差太大。盥洗用具仅提供小条毛巾1条、洗发精与沐浴乳。到4楼装水没电梯真的满困扰的，但有早餐很加分。

冰箱坏了东西都会结冰，跟柜台反应就说之前就坏了！ ？但是我入住时并没跟我说到！地热跟热水也怪怪的，洗手台漏水，优点的话大概是价格便宜离地铁五分钟路，不会在选这间了

Location is great, not far from the subway, pub and restaurant nearby but it's still quiet. Staff is helpful and response to the request.

便宜，CP 值高。 接近地铁。
不小心做到二号线末班车, 刚好终点停在弘大, 就是离这最接近的地铁站。
自动喷香水的机器有点把室内弄得太香了。 无法停止, 只能用毛巾挡住。
