Monday Cracker Hongdae

第一天入住发现床单有大黑点跟不知明的污渍，告知房东说明日会帮忙更换床单。
只提供毛巾没浴巾，有牙刷，沐浴乳、洗发乳、洗手乳、一次性纸拖鞋。

第二天晚上要洗澡没热水，告知房东没消息，只能跑去友人房间洗，要是我没有友人同行，真不知寒冷的晚上要去哪里洗澡！

隔天房东依旧没回应热水问题，刚好中午回房间放东西遇到打扫人员，问了热水怎么解决，处理完毕后，测试ok就离开直到凌晨回来要洗澡又没热水，这时房东才告知可自行调整热水面板，面板在门外别的地方

住了5天 每天洗澡战战兢兢，怕在0度以下突然洗到没热水。

5天内有一天强制打扫，以为会清洁地板换床单，结果只是收走用过毛巾到收垃圾，没补毛巾跟卫生纸

浴室马桶盖歪斜，有浴室地板发霉污渍，皮革的卫生纸盒脱皮。

房间霉味及黑色霉点真的很多。注重清洁的人真的不要选拣。而且房价也不太很便宜，同一个价钱真的可以选择更好的。自助入住及staff回覆是很好的，但硬件问题如果不翻新，真的不会想再次入住。

Very good room near Hongik University subway station, approximately 500 meters. Many restaurants and shops close by. Locker room is available if you arrive early.

Hidden in a quieter area of Hongdae, this stay is great for those who will be on the go during the stay in Seoul, great value, with loads of options to eat, shop and ever browse around.

It was hard to find, but I would highly recommend using Naver and making sure to read the street signals.

6/27一早有人来敲门，是一位男性，看起来就不像是打扫人员来询问我需不需整理房间，我回答不需要，后来关上门后同时传讯息给住宿方告诉他们6/26、6/27两天我都不需要整理，对方回覆我好知道了。当天出门又遇到刚刚询问我是否要整理房间的男性，我再次向他口头告知不需要整理房间，他回应我好，有收到我传的讯息。但当天傍晚我回到房间时，发现房间有人进来过了 ！令我非常傻眼～在我已告知3次不需整理的情况下，人员还是擅自进入，我订房五天，代表这五天归我使用，已经告知不需要整理还进来让人觉得完全没有隐私且不尊重人！后来询问住宿方，对方给我很官方的回答说人员在11:00左右开始忙碌整理各个房间可能没有多余时间去记得哪间不要打扫！但是那个男生是在10:20就来询问我了，他有非常足够的时间！而且在我要求要当天退房时他们还说不能因为这个问题而说要退费？我一个女生在那里怎么可能还敢住下去？万一睡到一半谁开门进来怎么办？毕竟住宿方都能听不懂客人说不需要打扫而又进入人家房间了真的不知道还有可能发生什么事。于是当天我立刻就退房要求剩余2天的费用！在这边要奉劝各位女性朋友如果是自己出来旅游一定一定要订饭店，不要省那笔钱！因为我和我的物流聊这件事时，他们跟我说弘大很多开民宿的大部分是比较复杂的人，当然也有正规好的，但我们订房时无法分别，且物流也有告诉我弘大很多非法民宿很漂亮但真的很有可能装监视器！所以一个女生独旅拜托真的去订饭店不要住民宿，安全重要，此次住宿体验非常差也绝对不会推荐人来住！

位置接近弘大3号出口，位置很方便。
一楼出入口有铺石头，行李箱很难推，进入1楼4人房空间小，行李箱无法打开，只能拿完东西后再阖上，厕所门没有锁关起来还是有缝隙，上厕所声音外面一清二楚，有点尴尬。
只有提供毛巾没有浴巾，有电热水壶但没有杯子，住4晚，只有入住当天有矿泉水，若需要更换垃圾袋或其他备品要跟房东联络，需要自己打包垃圾放到外面，新垃圾袋会挂在门把手。不太适合家庭入住。

Very comfortable and cozy rooms. Self check in and good WiFi is all one can ask for. They don’t provide full size towels but they were very upfront with that. Great area and will be returning next time I am in South Korea

We enjoyed our 3 day stay at Monday Cracker.

Location was conveniently located near Hongik Station and central to many local attractions. Quiet neighborhood despite construction nearby. (Tip: Located in the alley next to PhotoGrey)

Room was stocked with cute Monday Cracker monogrammed towels, slippers and comfy bedding which we appreciated after a long flight. Space is comparable to a small studio. Bathroom had partition to separate toilet from shower stall which was a plus. A/C, Hot water kettle, hair dryer, mini fridge (no microwave or utensils) were made available. Host provided feedback to enhance guest experience and received humbly.

I would highly recommend this place for location and value as well as the great communication with host. We would happily book this place again.

Stayed in this place for two nights and the experience wasn't pleasant. We got a room in the half basement and already in the hallway one could smell mold and humidity. It wasn't better in the room itself, it smelled very moldy and humid. After a couple of hours my clothes started to smell moldy too, so I had to close my suitcase at all times so that the smell wouldn't affect my belongings. As one can see in the picture, the mold affected the area near the window (I guess they repainted the rest of the room to hide the mold). We had to leave the window open at all times to air the room.

I contacted the hotel to switch rooms (I guess / hope the problem was that it was a half basement room) but the hotel was fully booked. I asked for a discount for the room but the hotel wasn't willing to give one.

On top of that, the room wasn't clean. The dust that can be seen on the picture has been collected near the moldy window.

弘大商圈的一间出租式公寓，是在有绿带公园的这一侧，附近各式各样的居酒屋、餐厅、咖啡店和文青小店非常多，外面走1.2分钟就有便利商店，吃东西逛街买东西都很方便，还有很多开到深夜的酒吧。

房间很宽敞干净，整体空间舒服，采取自助式check in的方式，提供中型毛巾，浴室有干湿分离，但洗手台在浴室外面，位于其中一张床的对面，有点不太方便。床铺枕头软硬适中算很舒服。公寓没有电梯，要自己提着行李爬楼梯，所以行李太大太重的人需特别注意。

缺点是整个空间如果没开空调会有个潮湿的闷味，另外订房的时候，两个人却无法入住一张双人床的房间，最后只好订有双人床两张的大房间，也确实给了一间四人房，两张大床，毛巾四条，不知道是否设定有问题？
