Old building, no one at reception, no actual parking space(customers need to ask neighbours mechanic shop for parking), lots of mosquitoes in room. I think this guest house is for local people.

I stayed in Minjuggak for 2 nights while I was in Seogwipo. I have booked a bed in a 4 dormitory room, however I was given a single bed in a double room. I am very happy for that! Also, Hot water available 24/7, clean room, fresh bed sheet, free towel!

It is located just 10 minutes walk from Olle market, and just across from the guesthouse there is a food street!

It might be a hassle to check in because I seldom see someone at the reception. I waited at the reception for about 20 minutes due to I do not have a Korean SIM card that I can make a call to the owner, a Korean guest came in after, she helped me to call the owner using her Korean phone.

You can message the owner via your booking platform (Agoda, Booking, etc) to get the owner’s contact (WhatsApp/Kaokao talk/LINE/WeChat,etc) prior to your arrival to avoid waiting blindly if you do not have a Korean SIM/ SIM that allow you to call Korean number.

Despite the little inconvenience, overall I love this place!

We stayed here 3 nights, the price is very affordable and the room was very comfy and simple : comfy bed, tv, hairdryer, towels, hairbrush, kettle and fridge.

The room and the bathroom do look a bit old but to be fair it doesnt really matter as everything is perfectly functionnal and there is no bad smell or anything dirty

There is heater on the floor which is very comfortable too, i would just say that the blinds maybe let the light in too much (but i rhink that's a european problem lol)

The host is super sweet and gives you access to laundry detergent and washing machine, he also comes to clean up everyday and give new towels and empty the trash cans

I definitely recommend the place ! Me and my bf were worried at first from reading some feedbacks but were very positively surprised in the end !

青年旅館，偶來小路的特約飯店。房間很大很乾淨，有私人衛浴。房間內有冷氣、電視、小冰箱、熱水壺和吹風機。盥洗提供沐浴乳和洗髮乳以及毛巾。洗澡熱水足夠，浴室裡有浴缸可以泡澡。頂樓有洗衣機和曬衣場可免費使用，房間也有曬衣架，貼身衣物可晾在房間裡。一樓大廳有飲水機可供使用。可惜沒有廚房，但是可以跟老闆借微波爐。是一間CP值很高的店。住宿不提供咖啡和茶。老闆很常不在櫃檯。

Clean and cozy rooms. We had a mini fridge, TV, ac, shampoo and body wash in our two twin bed room 302. There's free hot/cold water on 1st level and a washer machine on rooftop, host provided laundry deterant. Clothes dryer rack was provided in our room. Clean small towels replacement each day. Host was friendly. Private bathroom attached to room, would definitely stay again.

Honestly I’m sorry to say this is the worst guest house I’ve ever been. We arrived in time for the check in but nobody was at the desk so we had to call and wait for someone to come. The building doesn’t have an elevator but that’s ok, the very big problem was the room. We booked a room with a private bathroom with 2 futon to sleep. And on the floor there were stains and BUGS!!! No way for me to stay there and sleep in such place. It was very dirty, even the bathroom. The building itself needs some maintenance! so we booked last minute another hotel nearby and ran away from that one. The only good thing is the location because it’s kinda close to some very nice spots and also to the food streets. But guys be careful cause literally there were bugs all around the floor!!! I’m annoyed because we waisted our money for this
