A short 5 min walk away from hongdae line 2, super comfy and convenient place to stay for a solo traveller! :) the counter staffs are super nice, and very welcoming as well!

I discovered this place while looking for accommodation in Hongdae. As Korea's tourism industry grows, I had hoped that more affordable lodging options like this would emerge, and I was pleased that this place fit that description perfectly. Perhaps that is why there seemed to be many international guests familiar with youth hostel culture. Comparing the accommodation to the mixed-gender 12-bed or 8-bed rooms I stayed in previously in London, this place was much more comfortable and pleasant. Similarly, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, which was a plus. When I went to take a shower in the room, it felt like they had almost everything essential except for a toothbrush. The lounge is a bit small, but I even saw someone eating takeout food alone. I liked that there were plenty of hair dryers and towels. It was also convenient that the water dispenser was right in front of the sleeping rooms. The sleeping area was unbelievably clean, which was a huge plus. What I really appreciated was that if I mentioned my estimated checkout time at the lobby, they would let me stay until quite late, allowing me to leave feeling refreshed and at ease. If I ever travel alone to western Seoul again, I think I will definitely stay here.

The location is great. It's close to the airport and easy to get anywhere in Seoul.

Most importantly, I was surprised to see as many as four cleaning staff members in the morning. It was clean and quiet, so I had a great stay!
