Kim's house is very clean and well thought out. You can have short term stays here, good for when you travel around Korea and/or visiting Busan. Women and men have separate rooms, and there are two bathrooms as well. There's a common living room area, and a kitchen and dining table.

Price is about 10,000 won a night, which is quite good considering that the place is rather spacious and tidy. You may have to share with others, as there were 3 double-bunk beds in our bedroom. Everyone is quiet though, so you can easily keep to yourself.

Once you step in Kim's house it feels just like home. There is an all ladies bunk bed room, mix dormitory, and private room with a door. Electric Kettle, microwave, Towels, hair dryers, tooth paste, soap are provided on your stay. There are two common areas; living room space to sit on the floor and kichen area. There is a small indoor balcony where two people can sit. Nearby there are small lockers to protect valuables. There are two bathrooms. Location is close to subway and bus line. Many restaurants and convient stores nearby. Free wifi included. Owners are friendly and provided useful information about Busan area. Great price.

The owners of this hostel are very kind people. When you get in, they give you a brief tour of the place and show you your room. There are two rooms, one with blue bedspreads and one with pink. The beds are bunkbeds with a cozy sleeping bag as your covers, and a small but comfortable pillow. There are also two bathrooms, and each have a shower. The kitchen is spacious, and you're allowed to use the area to cook, store food in the fridge, etc. The living room has a nice floor table to sit around, talk, eat, drink, and socialize. The living room also has two computers with internet access if you need to connect to the world but don't have your own means of doing so. There are also coin lockers where you can store away any valuables you might have, but I believe they cost a small fee. Towels are provided for showering, but the sign suggests limiting 1 per person. Depending on the night, you might sleep in a room with hardly anyone else, or you might be packed with every bed filled. The place is very clean, although the bathrooms could both use some intense pressure washing to clear up the grout; but honestly, I don't see how anyone could ever keep them mold-free in that environment. It's constantly wet and humid in there. Overall, it's a great place to crash for a couple nights while you explore Busan. It's extremely close to the subway station, too! It wouldn't be my favorite place to stay every night, but it's hard to beat the convenience and price!

Had a great stay as Kim's Guest House.
Location was good; a short walk from the subway to get you anywhere in Busan. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

Mr. Kim greeted us and gave us a tour of his guesthouse on arrival; large living room, recently updated bathrooms and large kitchen for your use.

We stayed in a four bed dorm. The beds were pretty comfortable and the AC worked great.

You can't beat it for the price. I would certainly stay here again.
