K-Stay Guesthouse Dongdaemun

非常棒。我这次出差住了很长时间，房间整洁，酒店整体也很干净。我特别喜欢可以无限量使用毛巾，以及免费使用咖啡机和洗衣机等设施。所有房间都默认提供Wi-Fi，而且速度很快。不过，酒店位于4楼，没有电梯，这一点有点可惜。我经常因为工作去东大门，对周围的酒店都很熟悉。相比其他酒店，这家酒店明显更干净、更好。

The room is clean and self-sustainable. Available amenities such as coffee, hot water, microwave oven, and laundry. Highly recommended for travelers as it is close to Dongdaemun Station. Walking distance to DDP and close to other establishments such as Daiso, CU, Mega Coffee. Must visit the Dongdaemun market for cheaper items (low key market).

没有电梯，楼梯空间狭小
二楼是练歌，大半夜，声音吵到爆，根本就没办法睡觉，反应也没有用！只会跟你说有耳塞，可以免费拿取，不建议住这个地方，重视睡眠品质的人，可以换一间了

For a solo traveller don't want to share room and the convenience of the location is great.

Male receptionist help carry my suitcase to my floor (remember you will need to carry it downstairs by yourself when you check out). If you have a heavy suitcase it's gonna be a challenge).

Space is good, I can open my suitcase and hand carry easily with the room that I book in.

It does have a smell from the bathroom drainage like the other review said, but it wasn't too bad, all you need to do is close your bathroom door.

It is only few minutes walk to the bus stop to airport and very close to Subway station.

楼下就是练歌房，整个半夜都会有人很大声唱歌还有放很吵的重低音。
整个房间有厕所飘出来的地下臭水沟的味道，每一间都有。
没有电梯爬4-6楼

My room is located at 5th floor. There is no elevator or lift, u can imagine how tough to carry a 25kg suitcase on the stairs. Room is small, bathroom is smelly. Hot water dispenser located on 4th floor only. Maybe this is reasonable for guesthouse but not hotel.

So, on Google maps this doesn't have many reviews, but on booking.com it has so many.
This property was such a hidden gem. Very clean and tidy. Lovely en suite bathroom and the beds were comfortable. What more could you want? It's near the metro.

A very good hotel especially if you get a deal, it can be budget friendly. Rooms are clean and fresh. AC is great. Staff are friendly. Place is central
