K-Guesthouse Insadong 2

From a typical unsolicited Filipino point of view: A very nice place to be at spring/summer time if you're looking for a budget accommodation in Seoul specifically at Insadong area! Rate includes a typical breakfast. Very close to restaurants and pubs! Very close to Subway Dark Blue Line! (Torelably good) Walking distance to Myeondong and Cheonggyechon stream! They will give you an easy to understand self check-in instruction if you arrive later than midnight. Staff here is accommodating and the Boss is cool and friendly. Airconditioning works well. Water heater is working well. If you're a large frame person or someone with very large and many luggages, the small room and toilet might be a disadvantage for you but this kind of setup is atypical at Seoul area at this budget rate. Overall we had a very good stay. Thank you! :)

Nice location with access to food around. Room is a bit tight but that’s good enough for the price you pay. Access to public transport and airport limousine is easily available.

地理位置很棒，离车站很近，步行即可到达明洞。我住的是单人间，但是房间很小。水槽也很小，水会溅得到处都是。不过，床底下有空间，我可以把行李箱打开放进去，所以我想我肯定还会再来的……

Stayed here for 6 nights, it was my first time in Seoul, this place was hard to find at first, but mostly it was my own fault as I was the worst at seeing maps. The service here is good. Room is not as spacious but comfy. Definitely will recommend.

Homey place where you can stay at the heart of Seoul giving you access to practically everything that you need: Restaurants, convenience stores, stream/pro where you can hang out, and several landmarks and attractions that you can visit a few minutes away. Plus the hosts are very nice!

I was impressed by the warm welcome and hospitaliy of Mr. Han, owner of K-Guesthouse. First thing that I would like to commend was the location. It was very easy to find and just few meters away from subway station. Second, the double room that I booked was immaculately clean. It was my first time to experience a very comfortable, "real" bed of 4-star hotel standard in a guest house accomodation. In addition, I also liked the air-conditioning unit that functioned well during the summer time. Overall, I highly recommend K-Guesthouse in Insadong. I will be staying here again. 👍👍👍
