This was my first visit to Just Play Hostel La Festa. As the owner of a travel agency that sells all hotels in Thailand, I tend to be quite picky when selecting accommodations.

When traveling with my family, including children, I always book a 5-star hotel. However, when traveling alone, I prioritize value for money above all else. I look for places under 100,000 won per night that are clean, quiet, and have a good location. I mainly rely on reviews from people who have stayed there before.

When I looked at the reviews for this hotel, I saw one mentioning that while the reviews were generally good, there were some issues with soundproofing. So, when I made the reservation, I specifically requested a quiet room.

I arrived around 1 PM on Friday, but since check-in was at 6 PM, I paid an additional 30,000 won fee to check in.

When I saw the room, it exceeded my expectations. It was clean, and the room was equipped with a PC, a large 55-inch TV, an expensive LG air purifier, and a hairdryer. The minibar contained one can of Coca-Cola, one can of Hukkesu, and three bottles of water. Two bathrobes were also provided.

At this level, it is comparable to or even better than hotels costing over 100,000 won per night. The bathroom featured a toilet with a bidet, and the shower pressure was excellent. Furthermore, the soundproofing, which I prioritized most, was better than expected. It is comparable to the level of a 4-star hotel.

There are two service areas for guests in the lobby. One is the "Hangang Ramen" corner, offering unlimited servings of five types of ramen, pickled radish, stir-fried kimchi, and raw eggs. The other features two washing machines with drying functions. There are even high-end LG appliances equipped with ironing and drying capabilities. Free detergent is also provided. Next to this area is a free minibar stocked with bottled water and mango drinks.

Brewed coffee and instant coffee mix are also free. There are a few other complimentary services as well. This hotel has high-end air purifiers in the lobby, hallways, and rooms. You can feel the attention paid to fine dust and odors everywhere you look.

With rooms, facilities, and service of this caliber, I have no choice but to stay at this hotel on my next visit. As a travel agency owner whose daily life revolves around hotel stays, if I am praising this place, I believe other guests have no reason to question it. Considering the hotel rates, it is truly difficult to file a complaint here. The only downside is fire safety. Since most of the lower floors are occupied by restaurants, the hotel is not immune to fire hazards. Because the elevators are unusable in the event of a fire, I wish the signs for emergency exits and stairs were more prominent.

Considering the price, this is a truly excellent hotel. It is in a fantastic location with restaurants nearby where you can taste cuisine from all over Korea, as well as various beverage and dessert shops. It is also great that there is a Lotte Supermarket right next door that is cheaper than a convenience store. Jeongbalsan Mountain and Lake Park are also close by, making it about 10 kilometers to enjoy both places. It is a fantastic location for walking and running. It is a truly great hotel.

Whenever I come to Ilsan, I stay here.
The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.
You can watch Netflix and Disney Plus for free.
There are a lot of delicious restaurants around.
It's also great for a walk in the lake park.

The name of this place is a 'Hostel', but it is a hotel.
I've stayed at a Just Sleep hotel in another area,
This is the hotel's family brand.
This is also a clean and comfortable hotel like other branches.
Compared to hotels near KINTEX, the price is very low.
There are also many places to go around.
It is a hotel that is not lacking as a business trip accommodation.

The premium room is new and comfortable

The facilities are clean and nice, but the ventilation seems a bit lacking. Since the surrounding area is full of entertainment venues, it is fine except for being a bit noisy and chaotic.
