I have asked to cancel for refund a few hours after because of reviews bed was box spring no mattress and they said it was non refundable, all other institutions allow At least 24 hrs to cancel. 部屋はかなり狭く、本当に最低限の備品のみ。フェイスタオル2枚。冷蔵庫、ドライヤーあり。ボディソープがあるのは助かります。ですが、冷蔵庫の上と棚の隙間に使用後のマスクやお菓子のゴミがあったり（使用者が悪いですが）シャワーを使用すると扉がきちんと閉まらず部屋に水漏れします。タオルは室内干しの酸っぱい匂いでした。ベッドは今までで一番狭く、寝返りを打つスペースはありません。共同部屋を避けて、とにかく安く泊まりたい方には良い所だと思います。私はあと2000円出して他の所を探します。

The most positive aspect was the price. The rooms are small, but that is clear from the pictures, and I've been in smaller, so this was not a problem. However, there are many negatives: Host was slow to respond or unresponsive. Heat in the room could not be controlled by guest. Some in floor heat controlled by the host. I had to wear my winter jacket in the room for the first 2 days before the host turned up the heat, in spite of requests when I arrived. The room was in disrepair. The mattress was very uncomfortable, where you could feel individual springs pushing into your back.

駅チカでアクセスは良好なロケーション。宿泊した部屋は何故か二段ベッドの設置された部屋で、2階部分のベッドのサイドが金具で固定されていないため昇降時に手すりとして使用できず、無理をしたため助骨を打つなど軽いケガをした。また、バスルームがカビだらけで不衛生だったりで、自分で掃除をする羽目に。

Clean, warm, safe, modern, communicative staff, low price, good location. All good!
