First of all, for a weekend stay costing 130,000 won, it was truly the worst. The list of issues goes on and on, but the biggest problem was the male staff duo, one of whom appeared to be the owner or manager. I will elaborate on this issue later. Additionally, the underground parking lot was very narrow for a G80 to enter, and there were minor disputes or attempts to deceive us regarding parking usage. There are too many issues to list them all, but first of all, I could not understand the fact that despite booking the hotel two days in advance, the price was only 130,000 won for a total of 15 hours—from 9 PM to 12 PM the next day (essentially a day use, no different from the hourly rate for a day use)—and check-in was at 9 PM. Other similar hotels offer check-in between 3 PM and 5 PM for this price. Second, the Agoda Deluxe room listing clearly stated "parking available," but when we checked in after finishing our meal and drinks, they suddenly said parking was unavailable, claiming it was not included for Deluxe rooms, and asked us to call a valet to move the car. I told them that I had confirmed parking was available before booking, but they shamelessly insisted that couldn't be true and told me to call a valet. Only when I showed them the Agoda app, which clearly stated "(Free Wi-Fi and parking available)," did they finally say they would do it just this once, acting like they were doing me a favor without even apologizing. Furthermore, when I mentioned in the room that we were short on towels, they kept saying "Yes, yes" repeatedly. They interrupted us before we could even finish speaking and treated us like troublemakers. The issue with the missing parking notification was their problem, but they were shifting the blame onto us. When we asked them to fix it, they said they understood, but as of 4 PM today, they have not made the correction for over 14 hours. Everyone, if you check in at 9 PM and stay for 14 hours with no parking and poor service, would you come to this hotel for the same price? Or would you go to a hotel with much better service, parking, and a longer stay?

I was surprised to find that this is a somewhat posh version of a love hotel - located conveniently near Yeongdeungpo station. The hotel decor is extravagant - but the amenities are lacking. They only provide the shampoo, conditioner and body wash - no hand soap. They do however have a contact lens case and solution in the lobby. Theres a vending machine that sells disposable products if needed at the lobby. The styler was really useful, but the bathroom’s shower booth design was quite odd. There’s no stopper or break between the shower booth and the rest of the bathroom so when showering it floods the entire bathroom floor. The marble floors are nice but it was quite slippery even with slippers on. The ceiling also had mirrors which we found was kind of scary but there are other reasons for it I suppose.😅 I’d assume it’s popular with couples but for families I’d recommend going elsewhere.

The room condition was good, and the location is great as it is near the station.

The soundproofing was also good.

However, there is an old commercial building right in front of the room, so

the view was disappointing and I had to keep the window closed,

but it was fine for just sleeping.

Overall, this hotel is excellent for a short stay. It’s clean, centrally located, and very close to the KTX and metro, making it super convenient. The check-in process is very easy, and we’d definitely stay here again when passing through Seoul.

房间性价比很高，而且非常干净。不过，员工的友好程度略显不足。酒店位置非常便利，用餐或饮酒后可以立即返回，因为附近有很多餐厅，而且便利店也近在咫尺。我选择了一间配备游戏电脑的房间，很高兴看到大多数热门游戏都已预装。
