Very good for the value and location in downtown Daegu!

The facilities seem to need a lot of fixes.

The location is adjacent to Jungangno Station, with a bus stop right in front. As a guesthouse operated in conjunction with a cafe on the first floor, access to the main entrance via a door lock provides good security; however, the entrance is narrow and the stairs are steep, so those carrying heavy luggage such as suitcases may find it difficult. The rooms are generally clean, and men's and women's restrooms and showers are separated by floor. However, the showers are communal rather than partitioned, so if you encounter others, you will have to use them like a public bathhouse. Additionally, there is no shared living room for eating, so it seems suitable for solo travelers looking for a clean place to sleep at an affordable price!

It is a 10-minute walk from Daegu Station. Transportation is convenient, and there are many great restaurants nearby. The coffee shop on the first floor, run by the owner, serves delicious and affordable coffee. They mentioned that breakfast is not currently provided due to COVID-19. One cup of coffee is provided free of charge, so be sure to ask the time and time your visit accordingly.

I've always stayed at motels and hotels, but this was my first time staying at a guesthouse. The owner was incredibly kind, and he made every effort to make everything convenient. I would definitely return.

It's the best value for money, and above all, I loved that it was clean and hygienic.

I heard the second floor and above are guesthouses... but the first floor is a coffee shop.

The taste is really good, too.... The interior totally brings back memories. 👍👍👍
