Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.

At around 10:00 p.m., the access code for the main entrance door did not work. Many guests were locked outside because everyone had been given the same access code by the host, but it simply did not work. It was pouring with rain, and several people, including families with children, were stranded outside. We contacted the host, but even an hour later, nobody had responded.

Fortunately, someone happened to come downstairs to collect a food delivery and opened the door from the inside, allowing everyone to get in. By then, everyone was soaked and freezing. We can only wonder what would have happened if that person had not come downstairs by chance.

Apart from the issue with the entrance door, the apartment was not clean when we arrived. The bathroom floods whenever you take a shower because the shower enclosure is not sealed properly.

Booked on booking.com, communicated exclusively through the app. Easy check-in and check-out process. Staff were responsive and helped with any queries. Stayed for 7 days as a family of 5 with 1 child. Apartment was clean and all amenities stated were provided. Location was also great. We also used their free luggage storage facility. Overall a great experience and would recommend.

I stayed here for a week, the accomodation is near the street markets and shopping malls. It’s a good location too. This apartment has everything and it’s very convenient! I would stay here again

Very clean, functional..We had 5 nights 3 people. It has two bedrooms and have all amenties you might need. Fully equiped kitchen. Walking distance to subway (8 mins). Many local shops and restuarants around. And the host management was helpfull and reponsive. Thank you..

The guest guide says Wi-Fi information is displayed next to the screens, but there were nothing there (photo attached). I sent four emails and made one phone call, yet received no reply at all. This level of service is unacceptable.

这是我们第一次来首尔，我们选择了这家公寓式酒店。它有利有弊。优点：位置便利，靠近公交车站、地铁站、商店和市场。房间里有洗衣机、烘干机和晾衣柜，每个房间都有分体式空调，还有冰箱和小厨房。总的来说，它满足了女性的一切需求，但有一个小小的不足：入住时间是下午3点；我们上午11点就到了，时差还没倒过来，只能在附近的游乐场等着办理入住。酒店入口处很脏，电梯也很脏。我不明白为什么要在楼梯平台上放油；他们应该先吸尘地毯才对。我原以为入住延迟是因为房间打扫，但我可能弄错了。地板很脏（到处都是灰尘和垃圾），衣柜里也有灰尘，而且没有一次性拖鞋——幸好我们自己带了（它们派上了用场）。我们的卧室窗户没有纱窗，所以蚊子特别多。到了晚上，我们根本不敢开窗，因为蚊子多得数不清。而且我们上午11点就得退房，而我们的航班要到深夜才起飞。酒店有个行李寄存处真是太好了，我们可以把行李寄存在那里，然后去城里逛逛。希望酒店老板能注意到这一点，重新考虑一下他们的经营理念。对了，附近还有一家7-11便利店，老板和店员都非常热情，我们只去他那里买东西。韩国真是个好地方，希望我们还能再来。
