This is a traditional Korean hanbok experience room. The room is beautiful, but a bit small, and the selection of clothes seems limited. It's still quite nice, though. The service is excellent; the staff are polite and patient, and they even help take photos. The area is surrounded by traditional and elegant old streets, houses, temples, and shops, which makes up for the small space inside.

It was a return visit, and as expected, it was a place worth staying at, even if it meant putting up with the inconvenience of the bathroom. I stayed in the annex, and since it was winter, it was quite cold, so those sensitive to the cold should be cautious. It would have been nice if it were possible to check from the room whether the bathroom was accessible.

The price is slightly higher than hostels or motels; the toilet/bathroom is only one room, which can be a little inconvenient when the place is full.

However, the experience of staying in a hanok is unique, and despite being located in a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet. All in all, it's worth experiencing at least once.

I consider this to be the best guesthouse in the Daegu area. Located in the city center, it offers easy accessibility. While the prices are slightly higher than nearby guesthouses, 20% of the profits are reportedly used to support North Korean defectors, and 10% to support local youth. Rooms include private rooms for 2 or 4 people, as well as dormitory-style rooms for 6, 8, or 10 people. They also operate a guesthouse in the style of a traditional Korean house (Hanok) and reportedly have a branch in Dongseong-ro.

It's a very traditional Korean house, clean and tidy, and comes with a simple breakfast of toast.
