가가하우스 충무 (gagahouse chungmu)

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. There is no lift which makes it very inconvenient especially when carrying luggage. The room was also extremely small.

Another issue was the towels provided. They only gave us small face towels and told us that Korean people use only small towels for bathing. However later I checked with local people and shops in Korea and they informed me that large bath towels are commonly used. I feel that the information given to us was misleading.

Using a small face towel as a bath towel was very uncomfortable and inconvenient. Overall my stay was disappointing and I would not choose this hotel again.

Stayed here at gagahouse chungmu for a night after returning from Busan and this wasn’t the most happening place but very convenient. Somewhere here at night were a very thriving dinner place although the streets will be quiet by 10pm. Right below is a KBBQ place but we were charged tourist price so do not go there. GS25 is down the street and metro station is definitely within walking distance. If you love bread, FLATSLIPPER bakery is nearby too.

Facilities wise, they offered a luggage storage service before your check in time so we left out bag there. CCTV watching so it’s safe. They provided water and guess what, there is heater for your bed!!!! We stayed in Seoul and Busan for 7 nights and 6 different hotels during Winter and this was the only hotel we had heater for the bed. Kudos.

Located near subway station, comfy room, there is washing machine outside of the room.
But it only have stairs.
Overall it was a nice stay

里面有牙刷、毛巾、沐浴露、洗发水和吹风机。足够洗个澡然后睡觉了。我觉得这里不算特别脏，也不吵。👍

Great guest house in the middle of Seoul, really good local location, near to the subway, as well as many restaurants, convenience stores and shopping streets right outside the door. The rooms are clean and you are provided with shampoo and body wash and can get a toothbrush and toothpaste which was really nice. There's a fridge, a microwave, and a washer and dryer free to use. Other guests were quiet and pleasant, and the walls weren't thin so there was no noise. There was also aircon which helped with the Korean summer lol. Overall a really quaint and lovely place, really inexpensive, perfect for travellers especially if you like to get out and explore. It was a really enjoyable stay :)

I think I chose this ‘house’ because the price was quite cheap, and also I couldn’t book the other MD Hotel which was full.
When we arrived, we will horrified to see that there were only stairs No Lift. After going up to 02 to checkin via some QR code to link to the Manager, I requested for second floor room which happened to be the one just next to the common area where the water cooler and fridge/ towel were, The room was very basic and looked exactly like a hostel. No views. As we were moving around touring, we spent very little time inside, It was enough for shower and bed. No breakfast, not even a coffee / tea bag was provided & water pot was on L3. The bad thing came on the last day - sent out a text to ask if someone could bring our luggage down at 9 am, but the reply was - only 11 am. As needed to reach airport at 2 pm, I thought 11 am was still ok but when 11 am came nobody came (Manager had replied okay ) and when I tried to call at 11:15 and 1120 they did not answer. In the end I have to struggle to bring my stuffs down the stairs and because of the delay waiting for nothing. I got a late airport train and arrived after 2 pm. Worrying about missing a flight is not a good thing that a traveller would ever want. 23-27/5
