Dynamic Guesthouse

公用浴室非常脏，每个角落和所有密封胶边缘都长满了霉菌。包括房门在内的所有门都从未清洁过。早上，其他客人煎饼散发出的油腻气味飘进了我们的房间。唯一值得称道的是床还不错。我们原本打算住两晚，但取消了第二晚的预订，改订了一家像样的酒店。绝对不推荐。

Great place. I loved the view very comfortable. The only thing is my opinion is that it felt like I was using more someone else house than a hostel itself. I can see the hard work of the owner but the vibes made me feel very apologetic constantly for no reason.

I travel a lot in Korea and never left negative reviews, but this was only disappointing place. This guesthouse was extremely difficult to locate — there were no clear signs, and the entrance felt hidden. Even with GPS, I had trouble figuring out where to go.
They advertised a “private bathroom,” but in reality, it was a shared bathroom. This is misleading and unacceptable.
The room smelled bad when I arrived. I politely asked if I could change rooms, but the staff denied the issue and blamed it on “different senses of smell.” Which is totally weird thing shows they don't know how to communicate. This place and its owner was really hard to trust.
After I decided to leave, told them and left, the host messaged me: “OMG you left? Why😢” — which is completely unprofessional and inappropriate for a business setting.
I cannot recommend this place. Just avoid.

I loved this guesthouse / hostel stay! It’s in a great location in Busan, close to downtown area, shopping, and great dining options, as well as bus stops!

I really loved the safety here! As a solo female traveler this always going to come first and I appreciated that aspect of dynamic!

It’s a cozy penthouse, with breakfast included in the morning, cleanliness in the rooms, and semi comfortable sleeping arrangements.

I really loved the shared space and spent much of my time reading on the comfy couch! A great place to stay if you’re ever in Busan!

This is a cozy and welcoming place to stay in Busan, offering great value for your stay. Although it’s a bit tricky to find since it’s located on the 36th floor of a tall building, asking the security guard downstairs makes it much easier. It’s also conveniently close to the nearest subway station. Staying here feels like being in someone’s home, with an incredible view of the city from the top floor. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, and you’ll receive a small, clean hand towel every day. Breakfast is simple with bread, eggs, and jam—bread is provided in the morning, and the eggs are in the fridge, so you have to cook them yourself. This is a great spot to meet other travelers, making it a cozy, social experience. For the price, it’s an excellent choice, and I highly recommend it!

衣柜门吱吱作响，会吵醒其他人。双层床没有帘子，床与床之间几乎没有隐私。

淋浴间的瓷砖上有霉斑。浴室壁橱又脏又发霉。浴缸没有塞子，所以无法使用。洗手液是一块，所有人都要用，但皂液器不见了。

阳台上堆满了箱子。我本来想找糖，结果发现厨房橱柜里全是衣服。没有烘干机。洗衣机使用费是2000瓦，包含在房租里。早餐包含在房租里，但非常简单：面包、果酱、鸡蛋、茶包和咖啡。如果你不吃这些东西，那就没办法了。他们不回收垃圾。

真是可惜，因为那里经常有友善的人出没，光线也很好，而且建筑物很安全。

I went there almost a year ago but forgot to leave a review. The place is great, it's in a good location and easy to get to. The apartment is nice and has good amenities. There's a washing machine, so you can do your laundry for a small fee (soap is included) and there's a place to hang your clothes to air dry. The owner was polite and had good communication with me. The only downside is that lights-out is literally at midnight, so if you catch yourself with other guests socializing it's an abrupt cutoff and conversation killer to have lights out so "early".
