The homeowner is initially friendly and cordial, but she's actually quite manipulative, overly conservative, and excessively strict. She raises the monthly rent whenever she feels like it and creates new rules whenever it suits her, without even consulting her guests or including them in the contract. The space is far too small for the price she's asking; you can find much better places for the same price. I really don't recommend this place. If you want to stay in Hongdae, there are far better options.
Comfortable and clean, very close to the subway.
I really like the large auditorium downstairs; it's very cozy and perfect for close friends.
