I was cheated! I made a reservation for a group and sent 20% for a deposit. Then I was told his building was under maintenance and we couldn't stay there. He directed us to another guesthouse but I told him I just wanted my money back. I tried to contact DJ after that to discuss other options before our arrival date but he never contacted me back and kept our money. Never trust him!

Really nice place to stay!! A lot of memories in there and it feels like home

There is a karaoke bar and entertainment venue right downstairs, so the loud drumming noise at night is unbearable, strong enough to feel the vibrations on the bed...; Also, I don't know if it was just my bed, but it felt rough and made my skin itchy.

The shower room was the only one in the entire room. Even then, the water didn't drain well.

It felt stuffy, as if there was no ventilation.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was the most pleasant stay I have had in Guest house. First thing to serve, location has to be accessible to beach. it only takes 4-5 minutes to Haeundae beach, you can just cross road. For me, it was also close to Intercity bus terminal. For those who don't know how to directly get into the beach area in Busan from Seoul, there is direct bus trip from Haeundae to Seoul or from Seoul to Heaundae. It is alot time saving and less hassle if you would like to stay close to the beach. This place is a 5 minute walk far from the terminal. And you see its inside, kitchen and dining area is neat and clean. Everything is in there such as water dispenser, coffee machine, refrigerator and microwave. This place serves breakfast. They separate shower rooms and toilet cubicles. Bedding is decent and clean. The only thing makes inconvenient is no reading light. Other than basic amenities, owner and staffs are amazingly nice. They work and clean together. Staffs are from foreign country(not locals) and mostly speak English only. But they are very open minded and always open to share cultural thoughts. So even if you are not good at speaking English, they are still trying to help you and friendly to talk to. I highly recommend this place especially for single traveller or you with travel mates.

离海云台很近，设施干净整洁。
