This place is good near the city near the train and bus so you can stay the price is ok, room is ok and around you can walk to see the city and one palace

In short: if you are looking for a place to sleep (bare minimum, you don’t care how dirty it is)- go here. Otherwise, I’d strongly recommend considering other places!

Cleanliness - would argue that this place is not clean. Each room has a bathroom that is literally divided with glass walls. The bathrooms are ok, but if you use the lobby bathroom- it smells bad and doesn’t feel clean at all.

The walls are not clean, and I’m honestly not even sure if the sheets were washed either. The room doesn’t seem to have been cleaned prior to preparing for a new guest. (See image of a fake eyelash on the bedside).

Service - decent. They let us store our luggage in the lobby before our check-in and after our check-out.

Living Quality - poor. Some outlets were literally coming out of the walls, and the bed frames were falling apart.

I’m surprised by the many positive reviews that people left in the lobby and on Google Maps but to each their own- I guess.

Location is perfect - right outside the metro station and next to Deoksugung Palace.
Staff is trying to help the best they can but better not to expect much.
Rooms really need a makeover. They are quite small as expected but there is no way to make those rooms feel clean in their current state. AC doesn't heat, only cold mode and rooms are very humid because of the showers.
Acceptable for one or two nights for sleeping and shower at the downtown but no more.

房间虽然有点小，但性价比超高！酒店距离地铁站仅10米，附近还有咖啡馆、便利店和餐厅。前台接待员非常热情友好，公共区域虽小但功能齐全，甚至还配备了免费洗衣机、饮水机、冰箱等等。我强烈推荐这家酒店，100%推荐！不过，这个价位就别指望有多豪华了。但如果你想找一家价格实惠的酒店，这里绝对是完美之选。

Room was cosy & early check in was great after a 5am flight. Free tea and coffee & laundry area.
The shower at times made the room very humid and moist smelling but the small window in the room helped.
The bed was very hard but good for people who prefer these beds.
Great central location and really good for price.

Tiny room, windows covered and taped off. Bath towels were just large kitchen towels. TV didnt work at all. Two workers just clicking away on their computers and left by 6pm, seems like they waited for their only booking to arrive then leave. Fridge was not cleaned and smelled rotten, nearly vomited. Room included a spray can of roach killer just casually left out.

Never have I ever felt so uncomfortable and unsafe, but this place did it. I couldn't even explain to the staff why I wanted to leave cause they all left by 6pm.

Do not book this place.
