A place to sleep with a decent location. Since it doesn't get much sunlight, there are areas that occasionally have unpleasant smells. The host is friendly and the location is convenient.

The location is good and it's clean but the owner was not willing to accommodate a pretty simple problem. The place has four rooms. After spending W165,000 here, on the last night there were only 6 people staying. He booked all six of us in the same room. The room is very small and with 6 people it was very crowded. The other 3 rooms were completely empty but he wouldn't allow us to be in different rooms. He just said no, this is my decision and left. If I was the owner I would have said sure no problem but oh well. (The reason he said no was because he said he didn't want to clean the empty rooms and we all offered to change the sheets for him. I also learned upon talking with the other house guests that I was charged a per-night rate about 20% higher than anyone else. 😒😒😒)

The owner was very friendly, and the accommodation was good for the price. At night, you could use your own light for personal matters, and there were power outlets at each bedside, making it convenient to charge devices. However, the only downside was that the soundproofing wasn't good, so you could hear everything from the next room.

The gueathouse is located in front of a subway station so it's very convenient for tourists who move by subway (you can take here the airport line which stops only at certain stations). the place per se is clean and comfortable, and you can use the kitchen anytime! there is an emart nearby and lots of restaurants and coffeshops... a cheap and comfy stay everytime I visit Seoul :) 100% recommended

The facilities are really good, and above all, the location is fantastic. I must have stayed in over a hundred hostels so far, but I don't think I've ever seen a place with such a great location in the world. It's right outside the exit. The owner is also kind, and I really enjoyed my stay.
