房间偏小
但是地点很棒
隔音确实不太好
刚好遇到隔壁施工

It was different from the photos! I felt scammed! Honestly I don’t know how I was attracted by the photos. The moment I get into the room the moment I knew I will stay at other hotel. I took a shower and leaved as far as I could!

Room 404, poor window condition. Realised after 2 night in, we decided to turn off the aircond since way too cold but still super cold, noticed the window seemed to be broken or something and cold air from outside just flow in make the room super cold. Didn’t make any complaint since no one at reception (most of the time).

Nothing fancy about the room, small (what you paid for) great location.

They do have service for airport transfer, this is plus point since our flight very early in the morning & we too tired to take train or airport limo that available around Myeondong area.

这家经济型住宿非常适合行李不多的背包客，但不太适合携带沉重行李箱的旅客。它位置便利，靠近明洞地铁站10号出口，但明洞站只有两部扶梯（3号和7号出口），没有电梯。除非您财力雄厚且完全不打算乘坐地铁，否则携带沉重的行李上下楼梯会比较困难。住宿距离明洞市场很近，正对面就是一家7-11便利店，周边遍布餐厅——您绝对不用担心饿肚子。

房间大小适中，隔音效果不好，可以听到隔壁房间或外面的一切动静。房间可以放下一个30英寸的行李箱。地板没有地暖，冬天可能会比较冷。空调制冷效果很差。弹簧床垫还算柔软。浴室很小，马桶没有坐浴盆，水龙头和淋浴喷头是连在一起的。既然是民宿，就不能指望它像酒店一样豪华。

It was a good place to stay, near the busy area of Myeongdong, the place is clean and the caretakers of the place are really nice. Met Rica, who is also a Filipina, and loved how she assisted us all throughout our stay. Definitely recommended. We were here on winter and they provided additional portable heater. They also offer some tours and airport transfers.

Perfect location.
The room at this guest house is quite small.
Even the room small but the area can still be accepted as it is within the central area of ​​the city.

Only 5 minutes walk to SUBWAY EXIT NUMBER 10.
Pro and Cons.

Only my opinions-
Find the cheaper than this guest house but spend money more for train, energy and etc.

Spend more money for your homestay save energy,save a bit money, in middle of town and etc.

Good place to stay at myeong dong areas, 5 mins walk to main street food, clean room, staff are nice, have everything you need here, like taxi, city tour. But u have extra energy if bring big luggage to here, because guest house located at 2,5 floor, its means u need bring your bag go up or down with stairs. Small quite small but facilities are goods
