The hotel has an excellent location for watching the sunrise—either directly from the room window or with a short walk to the beach. The room was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast selection was quite good. However, the staff’s attitude could be improved. The greetings felt very robotic and lacked warmth. On the first day of the New Year, breakfast queues were extremely long, and it was unclear whether everyone in line was a hotel guest. Luggage storage is handled via lockers, which are ideal for larger bags. As for the surroundings, aside from the beach, there aren’t many good shopping options nearby.

Rooms were mixed. Service must be separated between front staff, which was great, vs cleaning crew. Cleaning crew did a good job, but I didn't want to be bothered, and kept hanging the Do NOT Disturb sign. It went missing once. I asked the front desk for another, and then it went missing again. On top of that, I get a message on my table telling me cleaning crew doesn't clean my tables. I get that, but I travel with only a carry-on and need to have access to certain things, so I need to lay them out. Yes, it looks disorganized, but I didn't expect you to clean in the first place. I'm not sure what's up with that. I get the cleaning crew has to clean every four days. Fine. But I don't need my but reset every single day.

Plus, the elevators are a bit hectic. You eventually get the hang of them. A bit inefficient. Check out is constantly held up because there's a lot of people. It would help if they have an auto-checkout machine to make things quick and ease the load on front staff.

The TV has only like a few Korean channels from a cable TV connection. No OTT or YouTube available.
Rooms are small and bathroom is compact. Okay for just a night stay.

I stayed here for 3 nights. My first encounter with the service desk was pathetic. Nobody speaks English. The main let down was their attitude. Very poor customer service.

We asked for a plate to heat food for our baby. They said they don't give plates and asked us to buy from outside. How does they have plate then in the morning breakfast. What was disappointing was they don't even bother to help you.

The room were very small. My saying they are protecting the environment, they are saving cost. I found them saving cost for everything.

I upgraded my room and stop interacting with the staff. Left after my stay was over.

Don't recommend this stay as it is soulless and they don't care about the customer

The room service was good, I’m happy and satisfied with my experience. You can take a bath if you are not that tall and the air conditioner works smoothly. I asked for room service and got my help right away. There was a convenient store right by so you could buy foods to your choice. I got a room with a view directly to the beach.
