Paradise Hotel Busan

Paradise Hotel Busan is overall a wonderful establishment. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Hotel is modern and very clean. It has two buildings with rooms, The main building and the the updated building adjacent to it. Main building bath and shower are in one, not walk in.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. Decor stylish and very comfortable. Bathrooms spacious and hygienic.
Well serviced every day.

The location is great beach front for Haeundae beach, close to many great restaurants and Main Street. Walking distance to many attractions. Easy day trips can also be booked from here.
Wish we could have stayed longer, will highly recommend and will book again!

Just like how others said, they need to better communicate that there are TWO buildings (main & annex). EACH building has breakfast buffet. This wasn’t informed during check-in and had to find out from looking at other reviews.

Came for lunch at this beachside hotel. Lovely grounds and the lobby lounge inside serves classic dishes. Good pizza and club sandwich, but at hotel prices. Still nice.

Great 2 nights here for a first timer

What
I stayed here for two nights. I arrived at around 12 but they didn't have the room ready, but I was able to leave my bags with the front desk. The room was very spacious, I was facing the city in the annex building which was a newer one. There was water provided daily. Also if you wanted to have the room cleaned you could have that. The room plugs were equipped with the standard American ones so no need for an adapter. There were quite some amenities available, but I was not able to use them since it was so cold. I had access to the outdoor spas which there were quite a number of them with different smells and also temperatures.

I did the morning breakfast in the annex building but had a decent amount of food. I enjoyed the egg making station. There was no non-dairy alternative.

Environment
There are 2 buildings, I was in the Annex building which was newer they said. Also there is a casino next to the building. The beach was right out back, within walking distance, great for sunrise AND sunset. The bus station was a road over, very close. The train station is a bit of a walk. The blue train station and the capsule carts are walking distance from the hotel. There were quite some restaurants in the area. Very good spot for a good relaxing time.

Niceness of the staff
I initially went to the main building but was told my reservation was in the annex building and the staff was very nice to talk my luggage over for me. Also I went to the morning breakfast and the staff was very nice.

I would stay here again on summer days, not sure what the crowd would be like.. I read some of the reviews that it is madness...

We stayed here for three days with our kids and absolutely loved it. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The pool and Cimer were fantastic—our kids had a blast and didn’t want to leave! The location is great too, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. As vegetarians, we just wish there were more vegetarian-friendly options at the breakfast buffet, especially considering the price.
