LOTTE City Hotel Jeju

Room is comfortable but has strange buzzing noises. Water pressure is good. Shampoo, conditional, shower gel, and lotion set smells amazing. Having a bathtub is great but it had strange raised dents on the tub bed. Bed was comfortable though! Overall noise proofing was good enough. The 7-eleven on B1 was a little sad, though the staff manning the counter was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was not bad by any stretch, however, for this price point, comparing other hotels in the area, I was expecting more. For example:
1. Unlike every other hotel I've been to, and I've been to lots, depending on your room, you may have to pay additional money to use their swimming pool.
2. No microwave in the whole hotel for guests to use. I would be happy to go to their restaurant to use their microwave, but no.
3. Paper cup - again, first world problem but I was expecting more for the price point.
4. Not sure what's going on, I asked for a car rental recommendation, and they are not able to provide one. Fair enough, but upon researching, "Lotte" the same company like the hotel, has a Lotte car rental, and they give cross discount.

Four nights here, room 1807 we had mountain view room. Very handy hotel to shops cafes and public buses. Shuttle service only to the airport no pick up. Easy to get bus from airport. Room was very clean but dated. My only gripe is the air con was awful and we had to put it to 15c just to get any coolness. Wouldn’t like to be in that room in summer. Front desk informed they cleaned the filters but still not very good. My hormones did not like it.

I love the laundry facilities!!!!! Enough to make my stay worth while. The rooms were modern and clean. Smells good with easy access to parking and the roads leading to shopping district.

Stayed here on our first visit to Jeju. It’s extremely convenient and comfortable! Short walk to city shopping areas, cafes, and other restaurants.
Easy to get around too 😊

There’s a convenience store downstairs that stays open until 11pm, which made it super convenient for late night snacks and essentials.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. If you’re choosing between room types, I’d recommend the double bed room it felt much more spacious compared to the twin-bed room.

Overall, a great stay and a convenient base for exploring the area!

It’s a nice hotel with a good breakfast buffet. You can watch Korean TV on a comfy bed and take a nice shower with good water pressure. The elevator takes a tiny bit of time sometimes but it’s not too bad. Location is also good. It’s near all the shopping areas.

Prime Location: The hotel is perfectly situated near a vibrant food street, making it incredibly easy to find local eats. Plus, having a convenience store right in the basement is a massive plus for late-night snacks or essentials.
Spacious Rooms: The standard rooms are surprisingly roomy and comfortable. If you get a city view room, the urban backdrop adds a nice touch to the stay.
The Beds: Very comfortable—ideal for crashing after a long day of exploring Jeju.
Breakfast with a View: Breakfast is served on the 22nd floor, offering a fantastic panoramic view of Jeju Airport. It’s a very relaxing way to start the morning while watching the planes take off and land.
Top-Tier Service: The staff is attentive and honest. A huge shoutout to the waitress who quickly chased us down to return a jacket we had forgotten at the table!
BYO Toiletries: Keep in mind that the hotel does not provide free toothbrushes or toothpaste. Make sure to pack your own or grab some from the convenience store downstairs to avoid an extra charge.
