I want to express my thanks to the hotel staff Lee Jinae for her help to me during my recent stay.

I lost my handphone while taking a taxi ride. Through her help, we managed to contact a few places and got hold of the taxi driver to help to check. There were many calls made to and fro and I eventually recovered my phone. All this is only possible because she showed patience and care and sincerity to help.

Great hotel and value for money. All essential needs are met. Breakfast provided. Room is neat and clean.Will come back again.

Check-in time was around 10:00-10:30 PM on December 24, 2025. The front desk receptionist was a short-haired woman wearing glasses. After completing check-in, we were assigned to a room on the 20th floor and received the key card. We followed the instructions at the elevator to tap the card, but both high-floor elevators showed red lights with unresponsive buttons. When we informed the receptionist, she tapped it herself—same red light—but assured us the card was fine, so we believed her. Luckily, other guests were heading up, so we reached the 20th floor, but the room door wouldn’t unlock either, forcing us back downstairs. This time, another receptionist quickly identified the issue: the key card hadn’t been activated. Additionally, the bed was deformed. This accommodation experience was enough for once—we won’t stay at Toyoko Inn again.
The hotel breakfast lacks variety, with poor flow and crowded seating.

Perfect for rail and general travel connections. Rooms small but management have maximized functionality of the space available, I was amazed at how everything worked so well in such a small space/package (and for a couple too). Only issue I had was the elevator/lift, very busy in the am.

Staying in the Hetel for five nights was most satisfiest part for my trip in Busan. Clean and good service. breakfast was so good,dishes were different every day.I had all foods I wanted.Happy and enjoy.

Been traveling a lot and this is the very first hotel that made me feel very comfortable, was able to sleep soundly. They have bathtub, hair dryer and make sure to bring universal adopter, some facial wash, cleanser, lotion, comb, coffee and tea were provided at the lobby entrance.

Free meals every 6:30am is very ideal, don' believe on some comments saying they only serve bread and butter something like that lol they serve full meals in korean way (you have to wait and line up!)

Every food serve is healthy, you can even go back again if it's not enough for you. 3rd pic is the kitchen/dining area.

Place was very convenient (pickup loc for some group tours are only 3-5 mins away for the hotel, bus station was only 5-10 mins away coz it's in the middle of the road haha nevertheless I will definitely book this place whenever I go to Busan 💘

The overall experience was let down by the staff. Their behaviour and hospitality were disappointing, particularly the front desk team, and I didn’t feel welcomed or well taken care of during my stay. They seemed unsure of how to communicate with guests, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Please consider training them on proper guest interaction.
On a positive note, the location of the hotel is absolutely superb — close to everything I needed and very convenient for getting around. Breakfast and facilities were good.

With better staff service, this hotel has the potential to be much more.
