Conrad Seoul

We had a wonderful stay at the Conrad. A special thank you to Brandon Lim, the hotel manager, who was incredibly helpful and understanding. We experienced a small issue during our stay, and he took the time to listen, showed genuine concern, and worked hard to find a way to accommodate us. His professionalism and kindness were greatly appreciated.

We would also like to give a huge thank you to Soo and Koon from the concierge team. They were both extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive, always willing to assist with anything we needed.

Another highlight of our stay was the hotel's location. Being directly attached to the mall was incredibly convenient, with so many shops, restaurants, and activities just steps away. There was always something to do, which made our trip even more enjoyable.

Overall, it was a great stay with excellent service from the staff. We truly appreciated the hospitality and look forward to coming back again in the future. Highly recommended!

Customer service was the biggest “wow” factor, truly the best I’ve experienced at any hotel. I booked one night using Hilton points and was generously upgraded to a Premier room, which I really appreciated. The staff also communicated very well in English, which made everything seamless.

The entire property exudes luxury, from the common areas to the smallest details. The room was excellent, offering a beautiful river view, an extremely comfortable bed, and a great shower. The complimentary chocolates and bottled water were thoughtful touches that added to the experience.

It was almost a perfect stay. The only downside was breakfast. I was looking forward to the buffet but was informed that my booking only included a breakfast credit at one of the lobby restaurants. While the breakfast itself wasn’t bad, it was still disappointing, especially since I recently stayed at a Hilton in Manhattan using points and received complimentary buffet breakfast there. For me, a breakfast buffet is a significant part of the overall hotel experience, especially in Asia, which is why I rated this property four stars.

Despite this, it was still a very good stay overall, and the exceptional service truly stood out.

The Conrad Seoul has truly become my home away from home. For the past 10 years, it has been my hotel of choice whenever I visit Seoul, and each stay continues to reinforce why I keep coming back.

The location is excellent, offering convenient access to both the Gangbuk and Gangnam areas. The nearby Line 9 Express service makes traveling to Gangnam especially quick and easy, while the hotel's location in Yeouido provides a great balance between business and leisure.

What sets the Conrad apart is its consistently exceptional service. It is always a pleasure to be welcomed by familiar faces year after year. I would like to especially recognize Eileen at the Front Desk, Executive Lounge Team Leaders Grace and Sam, Manager Henry, and team member Cynthia. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality make every stay memorable and truly make me feel at home. They are a tremendous asset to the hotel.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. If possible, I highly recommend booking a room with a river view. Waking up each morning to the sunrise over the Han River is a breathtaking experience and one of the highlights of staying at the property.

Thank you to the entire Conrad Seoul team for your outstanding hospitality over the years and for making the hotel feel like my second home in Korea. I look forward to many more stays in the future.

I stayed at Conrad Seoul for almost a week during our company sales meeting, and honestly, the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, peaceful, and extremely well maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had an amazing atmosphere after long business days. One thing I genuinely loved was the attention to detail from housekeeping. No matter how many times I stepped out during the day, every time I came back, the room felt freshly prepared again. They even folded my clothes neatly, refreshed the space, and made the room feel welcoming every single time.

There was also a water purifier in the room, which was such a thoughtful and convenient addition. One evening they even left chamomile tea with a beautiful handwritten-style note wishing me a restful sleep, which made the hospitality feel very personal and warm.

During my stay, there was one bigger issue/inconvenience that happened, but what impressed me most was how professionally the team handled it. They acknowledged the issue immediately, fixed it quickly, and even sent a formal apology letter to ensure I felt comfortable during the rest of my stay. That level of accountability and care really stood out to me.

The staff throughout the hotel were extremely polite, patient, and always ready to help, whether it was arranging cabs, assisting with requests, or guiding us around the area. The location is also excellent, the Han River is within walking distance, the metro station is nearby, and moving around Seoul from the hotel was very easy.

Overall, this was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had while traveling for work. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers visiting Seoul.

I had a wonderful stay at Conrad Seoul. The service at the reception, bell service, room, and executive lounge were all exceptional. The hotel is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. The executive lounge offers great views and delicious dinner. However, the breakfast could be improved. Surprisingly, they don’t allow guests to use amenities like the sauna after checking out before my flight. I understand it’s a policy, but I’d respect it, as it might be common in some Korean hotels.

We recently completed a wonderful 6-day family trip to Seoul, and our stay at Conrad Seoul was undoubtedly the highlight of our journey. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with genuine smiles and a level of professionalism that truly sets this hotel apart.

The entire staff is incredibly welcoming, well-trained, and professional, ensuring every detail of our stay was seamless. However, what made our experience truly unforgettable was the exceptional service at Zest.

Being a family of vegetarians, we often find dining out to be a challenge. The Assistant Manager, Ellin, and Stella went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs. They personally helped us customize delicious vegetarian dishes and checked on us regularly to ensure everything was to our liking. We could deeply feel their warmth, passion, and sincere care for their guests. It wasn’t just a meal; it was world-class hospitality that made us feel right at home.

The hotel facilities are top-notch, maintaining the high standards expected of the Conrad brand while adding a personal touch that is rare to find. We had a very pleasant stay and left with beautiful memories.

I highly recommend Conrad Seoul to any tourists visiting the city. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Korea!
