Connect Busan Hotel & Residence

The hotel room that we stayed in had a nice sea view at a reasonable price. The room also came with a water machine which is very convenient. These are the positives. Considering it is a 3-star hotel, I didn’t expect much in the way of amenities and rightly so.

However, the service could be better. We wanted an extra blanket but the hotel charges you quite a premium for that. Also, morning lifts are a misery because droves of visitors would crowd the lifts and we were often left to wait for two or three lifts before we could squeeze ourselves in. The fact that the lifts moved slowly did not help the slightest… Be extra careful not to slip your hand between where the door connects with the wardrobe when you open the door unless you want a sore finger as souvenir! They really should install a stopper to allow some space between the the door and the wardrobe…

Location-wise, the hotel is located in between two subway stations so expect a bit of walk if you’re coming from those stations. It is also close to a Lotte Department Store which is convenient for some last-minute shopping. All in all, a good hotel but some aspects of it could be improved.

I stayed for two nights from January 7th to 9th. The room was really small, but the location was fantastic. It's super close to Lotte Department Store and Nampo-dong, which is very convenient for independent travelers.

First of all, really loved the beautiful ocean view from our balcony, day and night. Clean and comfy room. The location is close to the bus station, about 200 meter. The staffs were friendly. If you like to walk, you can walk to the Gukje Market. So, it’s recommended guys! Enjoy.

The view from the room is exceptional. You can see the beautiful sun rise from your bed. The price is very affordable for this clean room with nice view!

Lotte mall: 7min
Hotel room: unlimited portable water from the drinking water machine in your room; room cleaning everyday; reusable sandals; but my room didn’t have facial tissue paper (there is toilet paper)

Location is good walking distance (about 2-4 km) from Biff, Jagalchi, Gukje. Its a 3star with no toothbrush, face tissue and 1 bathtowel for a 2 twin bed for 2 adults, we had to request for that towel. They supply smaller face towel tho. Have bathliquid, shampoo. We booked 2 twin rooms for 4 nights. 1 room had the water dispense inside the room whilst the other room not. This is OK for us as we cld share. They are too strict on the early check-in, not even 1hour earlier and will ask for payment KRW10,000 for ea hour. I hope they can go case by case and not so strict, 2pm is not unreasonable esp when your Guests arrived early flight to Gimhae and did not sleep in a midnight flight. management should have some empathy and of course Guests should not take advantage also, but sometimes management just need to look at case by case and not behave like robots and use some common sense.

Great view, clean room , limited service
Very reasonable price but be aware of limited service while room issue happened like toilet bowl stuck.
Front desk staff offered toilet pump but cannot expect too much if you expect 24 hours service.
