Best Western Hotel Jeju

Comfortable size room, got triple single beds and they prepared all amenities in 3 sets. Bathroom is big with shower separated by glass door. 3 bottles of complementary drinking water but no dental kit. Location is great as it's on main road with convenience store and Starbucks just downstairs. Supermarket and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed for one night and found the hotel very convenient to the airport. It has very large rooms and very comfortable beds. Our room was clean and the pyjamas were appreciated. Breakfast was good. I’d recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a place to stay in Jeju.

I’m pretty disappointed with our stay and wanted to give you some honest feedback.

We got hit with an extra charge at check-in for having three people in the room, but it already had a double bed and a single bed so it felt like it was totally meant for three. It caught us off guard and would’ve been nicer if that policy was clearer when we booked.

The room was also really hot and stuffy the whole time. It’s winter in Jeju (no snow), but without any air conditioning working, there was no way to cool it down. We ended up sweating a lot and couldn’t relax or sleep as comfortably as we’d hoped.

Another thing, the bathroom didn’t have a bidet. We’re used to that in pretty much every hotel in Korea, so it felt like something basic was missing.

We chose your hotel because it’s a Best Western and we expected a certain level of comfort, but these little issues added up and let us down a bit. Hope you can look into making the occupancy rules clearer, getting the AC sorted for when it’s needed, and maybe adding bidets. It’d make things a lot better for guests.

We booked this room specifically because the website stated it could accommodate 3 people. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the room rate only covered 2 guests and that an additional charge was required for the third person, essentially treating it as an extra room charge.

This was confusing and disappointing, as it contradicts the information presented at the time of booking. If there are additional fees for a third guest, this should be clearly stated upfront to avoid misunderstandings. Overall, the stay was fine, but clearer and more transparent communication would greatly improve the experience.

Basic amenities is not given as well.

Stayed 1 night in a Double Bed Non-Smoking room. The room is very spacious for two, with two beds and plenty of walking space. One unusual layout detail is that the sink is located in the room itself, separate from the bathroom.

The pillows provided were soft and flat, while the mattress was alright. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided, though the other standard amenities are available. The bathroom floor also felt like it was “flooding” — even with the shower door fully closed, water still seeped out.

As it’s autumn, the air-conditioning was turned off, so we had to open the window to let the cool air in. It was quite warm for the first few hours but became comfortable later into the night. With the window open, we didn’t draw the curtains, and passing vehicles could be heard throughout the night.

Location-wise, it’s great — within walking distance to the shopping street. There’s also a Starbucks and a convenience store within the hotel building itself.
