I had an amazing stay in Busan! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The room was always kept spotless whenever we requested housekeeping, and it was very comfortable and relaxing. One feature we especially loved was the separate toilet and shower areas, which made everything much more convenient.
I highly recommend this hotel — its location is excellent, just a short walk from both Busan Station and the KTX bullet train station, making it perfect for travelers exploring the city or heading to other destinations.

This is a great hotel centrally located in Busan over the train station. The rooms are large and comfortable. Most of the staff are friendly though there are a few who refused to smile or acknowledge you. The front counter staff are extremely helpful. There is a convenience store on the ground level and the buffet is on the 21st level with spectacular views. The buffet is simple but good with quality food. One thing I have found in several South Korean hotels is that the coffee in the room is very weak and no milk or sugar.

The rooms are spacious, and it’s convenient because there’s a microwave and a large refrigerator. Since it’s right next to the KTX station, the room rates are a bit higher than expected.

I've never seen a hotel that sells disposable toothpaste and brush before. and there were only 3 bottles of water in the refrigerator, each costing 1000won 🤣, and the disposable cups were covered with plastic wrap. It was not cheap hotel , I don’t understand why they like that.

I am staying here on a work trip and didn't know what to expect. The check in was easy to find and the receptionist was quick with getting me set up.

The hotel itself is stunning and is located right next to the major bus terminal. The shops have something for everyone and the hotel itself has some excellent food choices.

Clean room but smelled a bit stale. Hairdryer, refrigerator but no bidet and no iron. Breakfast buffet was quite good. Located within walking distance of Busan Station. Safe area. Convenient.
