Arban Hotel

The room was generously sized and spacious. However, the cleanliness was only average, with a noticeable unpleasant odor, particularly in the bathroom. There are many stains on the corridor carpet too.

We were given a room on the 8th floor. It has good water pressure. While the bathroom was also quite spacious, the hotel provided only basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, and conditioner). Additional items like cotton buds, cotton pads were available for a fee of 2000 won, which shocked me, as this is consider basic amenities and are usually complimentary in most hotels. For the price I paid, I expected better service and hospitality. It feels unreasonable to nickel-and-dime guests for such small essentials.

Furthermore, the tap water had an off-putting taste, which persisted even after boiling. The safe in our room doesn't work. Despite informing them, they did not come and fix it, which resulted us not being able to use the box during our stay.

Location wise is fantastic. It is only 700m away from the train station. There are lots of shops, restaurants and even convenient stores next to the hotel.

No complaints at all. Stayed here for one night and was pleasantly surprised by the room! This did not feel like a 3-star hotel. Room was very neat and clean and tidy with a great view and ample space. Staff were friendly too and was able to accommodate us for an early check in. Would not hesitate staying here again.

We have really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. Very spacious room, luxurious bathroom with a view and really good shower, and a top location just a 5 minute walk from Seomyeon station. We were on the 7th floor and a bit worried about noise after reading previous reviews but had no issues whatsoever. The breakfast buffet has a good spread with some Western options and a make-your-own bibimbap and croffle station. It could be improved if they had a few more staff to check on restocking the buffet and clearing tables, and if they had the roasted/stir-fried vegetables every day (they had them as an option 2 out of 4 mornings during our stay). But overall, we have really enjoyed our stay here, it’s great value for money and we would not hesitate recommending a stay here based on our experience.

Hotel was really nice and feels more on the luxury side.
Location is great, close to alot of shopping and convenience stores.
Rooms were clean, beds made everyday with clean linen.

However, google said they provided stroller hire, which they DON'T!

The location is really convenient. Lots of shops around and close to the train station.

The room itself is odd. Just a bunch of little things that make it annoying. There was only 1 bedside table, so nowhere to put anything on one side. The usb and universal plugs were at the desk, but not next to the bed. There is an automatic light that turns on when you go to the bathroom at night, but its bright enough to disturb who is sleeping. There is no space at the bathroom counter to put toiletries etc. soundproofing is pretty bad.

Overall I would not stay here again.

The room is very warm and they can not do anything to fix it. It only can be set in heater mode because in winter. But I can't change the temperature. Simple way to say, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL AT ALL. The worst hotel in the world

The hotel rooms are very noisy, you can hear the bowling alley until 3am then after that you can hear people talking from 5am. I had to use earplugs to sleep but even then I could still hear people yelling and the bowling alley. The noisiest hotel room I've ever stayed in and I'm a heavier sleeper.
Our room had a terrible sewerage smell and reception tried use spray to mask it then wanted us to stay there. They told us there were no other rooms available, when we refused to stay there because the smell was making us sick there magically was another room available a few rooms down from us.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all - especially the 6th floor.
