The doctor was extremely professional, clearly analyzing my issues and giving me a lot of confidence. Thankfully, {name} didn’t let me down; my friends also kept saying how great it was after they had it done, proving that I made the right recommendation. The procedure was more meticulous than I expected, and the doctor didn’t treat me superficially just because I’m foreign. He explained the rationale behind each step so I understood why it was being done. His technique was gentle as well, and I didn’t feel any discomfort throughout the process. Recommended by a friend’s friend, I came to Dr Judy with high expectations and she did not disappoint. The pain factor was minimal as mentioned by many others and Dr Judy was very patient and customer-oriented. Her patented GLT technique meant that pain factor was significantly reduced, but that meant she has to spend more time administering the procedure manually, which meant that as a patient, you get greater comfort whilst getting optimal effectiveness. Because of Dr Judy’s professionalism, I decided to add on other treatments. Treatments done include: Re20, Juvelook healer, Juvelook volume, Softwave, brightening lasers, and lifting lasers. Dr Judy also gave free services and the therapists for post-treatment are all very friendly and makes you feel comfortable throughout, making this a very pleasant experience.

I (22F) booked an appointment with Dr. Judy and came to the clinic with my mom (60F). We were warmed greeted by the front desk and were taken to the consultation room with our consultant, who was fluent in Chinese. The clinic offers translations to both English and Chinese, and Dr. Judy herself is fluent in English herself. We had our pictures taken, then were introduced to some procedures. For my mother, it was her first time getting any invasive treatment done, and the consultant was very professional and understanding, taking time to explain to her how every procedure works, as well as showing us before and after photos and videos of exactly what the procedure looks like. After numbing, I went in for a laser lightening session (Dr. Judy has her own process which uses 3 different lasers) as well as Potenza. My mother went with Juvelook Volume injections. The process was completely painless. Having done treatments both in the US and at other clinics in Gangnam, I can confidently say that this is the only clinic where I felt no pain at all. My mother is also extremely happy with her procedure. After the procedure, we were taken back to private treatment rooms to have machine treatments which calmed redness. Overall, this has been an amazing experience. Dr. Judy and her team are extremely professional and have provided amazing results. She is noted as one of the best in Korea for a reason!! We will definitely be back!!

I am a 42 year old black woman physician from the United States. I did a lot of research before choosing a skin clinic. I wanted to make sure it wasn’t a factory clinic and that my treatment and consultations wouldn’t be rushed. It was also important to find a board certified dermatologist (instead of an internal medicine doctor). I wrote this review to make sure other people are able to find this amazing clinic. Some of my skin concerns included acne scaring, hyperpigmentation and double chin. After my consultation I decided on a few skin packages include Juvelook, Protenza, Pico laser, Botox and skin tag removal. I did not feel that I was being oversold and they gave honest recommendations. The consultation was very thorough and I did not feel like I was being rushed. I asked about other treatments and was told that I didn’t need them, which was helpful. Dr Judy is amazing! She is very nice and super patient. I worried about needing an interpreter, but Dr Judy speaks English and was easy to communicate with her. I was worried about the treatments being painful, but many of the treatments were painfree. Dr Judy was great about talking me through any parts that would be uncomfortable. I had many treatments and lasers and my skin looked pretty good right afterwards. I was a little red and swollen but it was way less than I expected. Overall, I rate the clinic a 10/10 and I would return!! Under Linda’s kind guidance and Dr Judy’s skillful hands - I did Juvelook Collagen Volume for my smile lines, Juvelook Collagen Healer for my face and 2 lifting / dewy skin facials today. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process and there was a heated bed ㅋㅋㅋ Dr Judy had a reassuring presence and also continued to offer skincare advice as she went on with the procedure. This is not a factory clinic so prices are def not the lowest but no regrets & I will be back!!! Pain is super manageable even for a first timer like me. No bruising at all. I could feel how “proper” the clinic was because they prescribed me meds to get from the nearby pharmacy to reduce swelling / in case of inflammation.
