Don't go to this shady clinic! They charge more than many Korean cosmetic clinics, but offer absolutely no safety guarantees. When problems arise, they'll just shirk responsibility. After my Ultherapy treatment, I still can't control my right jaw properly; downward movements are stiff and numb. Initially, they kept saying it would "recover on its own in a few months," and told me to wait. A year has passed, and it's still the same—no improvement whatsoever. I consulted another doctor, who explicitly stated that it was very likely nerve damage caused by excessive ultrasound energy. Furthermore, nodules appeared in the area where they treated my neck. I originally wanted to improve my neck wrinkles, but instead, the wrinkles didn't improve at all; instead, I developed a bunch of nodules, which are still there. The most outrageous thing is: * Initially, they admitted that nerve damage was possible, saying the nerves would grow back; * Later, after dragging it out, they changed their tune, saying, "It's been so long, it has nothing to do with them"; * They even said, "Nerves naturally grow back on their own, so it's not the equipment's fault." If it really has nothing to do with them, why have these problems, which appeared immediately after the treatment, persisted until now? Furthermore, I didn't undergo any other procedures in between. Also, some injections weren't even fully administered, yet I was still charged the full price. After problems arose, their attitude was extremely perfunctory; they kept sending me back to Korea for follow-up appointments, but there was never any truly responsible handling of the situation. The most important thing in cosmetic procedures is safety, not just charging exorbitant prices and then shirking all responsibility when things go wrong. I sincerely advise everyone to be cautious and not be fooled by their advertising.

It was a dermatology clinic that felt like a luxury hotel or a high-end lounge. Not only the director who performed the procedure, but also the manager and nurses were all kind, and since it is an appointment-only clinic, I was able to have my consultation right on time. Parking was convenient, so those coming by car don't have to worry, and because it is a private clinic, I was able to spend my visit in a time of personal relaxation. I definitely intend to visit again, and it is a clinic I would like to recommend. I am visiting again next Monday and am looking forward to the results of the treatment.
