I had an amazing experience at this clinic! As a foreigner living in Korea, I really appreciated that the staff spoke English, which made the entire process easy and no stress. Everyone was so kind, professional, and welcoming. I had both the Pico Fraxel and Excel V treatments. The staff carefully explained each procedure, listened to my skin concerns, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had a calming and wonderful experience. This is not my first time getting a treatment done in Seoul, but I’m generally very skeptical when it comes to choosing which treatments and clinics to go to. I chose this clinic knowing there were more English-speaking staff, and I was so surprised that all of the staff spoke multiple languages and were very fluent in English. In fact, my skin consultant lived in the US for 30 years, so he was able to give me a detailed analysis and treatment recommendation based on my needs. I have extremely dry and sensitive skin that is acne-prone and has dark spots left from acne, and I decided to do three treatments in one day. I did the Black Peel, PicoSure toning, and LDM massage for acne. The Black Peel helped remove acne-causing bacteria deep in the skin, while the PicoSure toning helped break down pigmentation from acne spots. The LDM massage also helped soothe my acne and calm inflammation. Plus, since the clinic is right outside Exit 5 of Gangnam Station, you don’t even need to walk far. Everyone was friendly, there were minimal wait times, and the overall experience was very calming. They even gave me a free gift at the end (moisture face packs), and I almost fell asleep during the treatment because it was so relaxing. I can’t wait to come back again!

The clinic’s interior is beautiful and very clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout the whole visit. It was also very convenient that the staff could communicate in English, which made everything much easier. The Rejuran treatment itself is known to be quite painful, but compared to my experiences at other clinics it was actually less painful here. You can really feel that the practitioner is very professional and experienced. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my visit and the whole experience at Ocean Clinic. I will definitely come back again in the future.

What impressed me the most was the translator and the specialist who explained everything clearly and honestly,( Mr ET) helping me understand which treatment was actually suitable for my skin. I really appreciated how sincere, friendly, and professional the guidance was. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything. I’m very happy that I chose this clinic for my skin treatments, and I’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

I’m genuinely conflicted writing this review because the treatment itself did work and had a positive impact on my skin. Unfortunately, the service and consultation experience were poor enough that I would not return or recommend this clinic. The consultation felt rushed, transactional, and condescending. While the staff member did technically explain the treatments when asked, the explanations were delivered in a hurried, box-ticking manner, as though the goal was simply to move us through the process rather than ensure we actually understood what we were agreeing to. At one point, when I tried to explain my skincare routine and said “I start with face wash…”, I was abruptly cut off and told “Face wash is a given. It’s like brushing your teeth.” This comment was unnecessary and belittling, and it made me feel uncomfortable asking further questions. We were recommended two treatments with minimal proactive explanation as to why they were appropriate for our skin or what results to expect. Shortly after, we were asked to proceed with payment, which made the consultation feel more like a transaction than a medical or skincare discussion. The treatment itself was also confusing. Staff instructed us to perform various steps quickly and without explanation, which added to the sense that everything was being rushed rather than carefully guided. To be clear: ✔️ The treatment outcome was positive ❌ The communication, consultation quality, and bedside manner were not For a clinic that clearly treats many international clients, clear explanations, patience, and basic respect should be standard. Effective treatments do not excuse a poor client experience. If you value being guided, educated, and spoken to respectfully during your skincare journey, you may want to consider this before booking

This is my first time at Ocean Clinic. They're super friendly to foreigners and have several translators. I felt so taken care of and most of all comfortable. They listened to what I wanted and gave me suggestions. I had such a great experience. If you need a clinic, I totally recommend this one! 🩷
