The burger itself was good, but one staff member’s attitude really ruined the experience. I understand things can get busy, but I was honestly surprised by how irritated they seemed throughout our interaction. I simply asked about the price difference between a combo and a single item, and the response felt unnecessarily annoyed to the point where I felt uncomfortable and just ordered the single item instead. A few minutes later, I went back to the counter to ask a completely different question, and before I could even say anything, I was told in an irritated tone, “Food takes time!!” I wasn’t even asking about the wait. I totally understand handmade burgers take time, but the overall attitude made me feel unwelcome. The food was good, but customer service really affects the experience too.

Avocado burger never disappoints 🥑 The place is spacious and super clean. Staff were really friendly too. They’ve got high chairs, so it’s perfect if you’re visiting with a baby.

I prefer a more refined look for the lips and don’t like overly plump ones. Choosing Director Song for the design was definitely the right decision. However, you really need to book in advance—his schedule fills up fast.

In Korea, for injectable lifting, you must see this doctor! He’s the certified physician I researched and fully trust.

My future husband and I had a consultation for double eyelid surgery together, as we both wanted our eyes to look more lively. We listened to the proposed plan and decided to wait until next month for the procedure, as we’ll have more time to rest then.

Ended up getting take out. Order last minute over the phone. Then we got stuck in traffic getting there. Very friendly and kind staff asking if we were still coming. The burgers were better than Shake Shack, Brooklyn, or Bas gurger. Less grease I guess and well packaged for take out. Didn't like their fried though.

Great tasting burgers and an awesome energetic staff. Highly recommended if your in the gangnam area. Also nearby the Stussy Seoul shop.

Quite a nice burger joint for those craving a nice char grilled burger. Nice branding and the burgers taste great! I recommend the avocado burger for those visiting for the first time, but the hash brown burger has a kick of spice that may be appealing to others. And those who like Shake Shack fries, Downtowner has similar cheese fries!

Delicious burger. Fries are pretty good. Decent beer selection and looking forward to trying their chicken some day. I absolutely would recommend this place to anyone. They are only threatened by their own success as you may have to wait to sit and order in the evening on weekends.
