The interior is wonderful, like being in a luxury Subaru. The doctor takes a lot of time during counseling and gives a thorough examination. The staff are also incredibly attentive. Another perk of this place is that the beauty salon staff will wash your face while massaging you in the beauty room. It's a place I want to come back to anytime.

I've been going four times, once every three months. The doctors, counselors, and Japanese interpreters are all polite and kind, so I can receive treatment with complete peace of mind. It's not a factory-style clinic, so I can relax and feel very relaxed. I feel such a great sense of accomplishment and satisfaction when I leave the clinic after a painful treatment, so I think I'll continue going. But because the doctors are so skilled, I don't think it hurts as much as other places!

I liked that they gave me time to lie down in a private room and let the anesthesia soak in. The Rejuran was painful, but it was less painful than other clinics and was bearable. I was glad they didn't try to sell me anything.

They take photos and you can save your skin condition via a QR code. An interpreter was present, allowing me to speak directly with the doctor who would be performing the procedure. The explanation was very thorough and easy to understand. The time spent lying down in a private room during the anesthesia before the procedure was very pleasant.
