It's incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Sinnonhyeon Station. Also, the clinic director apparently used to work in Fukuoka, so he speaks excellent Japanese and explained everything in Japanese, which made me feel completely at ease during the treatment. The clinic itself is very clean, and the staff are all very kind. I was a little nervous about going to a dermatology clinic in Korea, but I was able to relax and receive treatment comfortably!

The lead doctor specializes in scar repair and is highly skilled in treating various types of scars, acne, and skin pigmentation issues. With a vast number of successful cases, I had my skin pigmentation problems treated by them personally, and the results after several sessions have been truly excellent.

Yes, the service is good, the treatment is good, but I didn’t like that you first talk to the staff first, bec she gave me the impression, that she knows how to make them sound really tempting, if I wouldn’t have done my own research. And she kept making a deal out of my jaw line that does not look bad at all and I told her, I will first diet and also the lifting procedures are for when I get older. She said it’s even better to start now and even in your 20‘s. (Lifting in your 20‘s?? 🫡) And I told her and the doc a few times that I want two tiny flat warts removed and they were confirming because it’s a thing of 10 seconds. But kept forgetting it, so I just let it go. It was one of my main issues I stated at the beginning. The young male doc was really friendly, but he only had a treatment note from that staff and seemed not experienced with giving clear direction, so he said stuff like: „So, I see, you are concerned about your jaw line-„ I never wanted sth with jawline, and I told the staff lady multiple times. I wanted pores, botox and pigment treatment and rejuran. So next time I would go back to some other place, where you get 1:1 to the doc, not the staff. Otherwise miscommunication or the doc not really knowing your needs happens.

Do not go to this place. The clinic is a total disaster. I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Jimin Lee(the Head Dr of Director Clinic) over 2years and I tried this Gangnam location since Dr. Lee moved here from another branch one. They had me wait almost 2 hours see Dr. Lee even though I made an appointment and they even asked me to skip Dr. Lee’s initial assessment before procedure which was one of the important part of process. When she came in the procedure room, she seemed not looking up my chart before entering as she mentioned wrong information about myself. Dr. Lee even didn’t apologize or mention anything about the long wait, skipping initial assessment and their chart system issue between branches which I had and made me more angry. I was so confused and upset to her attitude. I was able to hear her sorry by complaining how I felt so disappointed about her customer service after procedure. However, she just said one word sorry and had her counselor lady deal with the situation and left the room. When I asked the reason of 2hr long wait, her counselor lady told me Dr. Lee was busy with handling Chinese group and not only you also another Korean patient is waiting on her about 5hrs ahead of you. 5hrs? That is INSANE!! They could have told me estimated wait time but they did not. They kept lying to me saying you were about to see her soon for 2hrs. Even though you have a reservation, They don’t care you. They make you super long wait and they chase foreigners who is gonna spend big money here. I myself also have been spending thousands dollars and had money deposit left here. When I asked my remaining deposit back, they refused it due to their policy. Clinic system is so weird and not understandable. I have over 50dollar worth deposit left. I will never go back to this clinic again.

The staff is very professional. You can enjoy top quality and service here. Strongly recommend.
