I am naturally very sensitive to pain, but I was able to tolerate the Pico treatment for freckle removal at Gaoya. The doctor first tested the treatment on me a few times to adjust the intensity, and also provided me with a stress-relief ball to hold during the procedure – really thoughtful of them. During the recovery period, only a thin scab formed, and there was no re-darkening of the skin.

This Dermatology clinic is also open until 5 p.m. on Sundays, which is very convenient for people like me who have weekends off. Moreover, the environment inside the clinic is really nice, and the entire experience is very pleasant.

Highly recommend this place. Place was clean, beautiful - more importantly the doctor! He was very patient and gentle, and described the steps and kept checking in to make sure I was feeling ok during the treatment. Service staff were also really kind and friendly. Doctor speaks perfect English too - so don’t worry if you’re a foreigner like me.

I had an amazing experience at Gowa Clinic and I highly recommend it. I had a facial skincare treatment and Botox, and the results have been incredible,my skin looks absolutely amazing and feels so fresh and glowy. The clinic itself is beautiful, very clean, modern, and professional. All of the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. They were very attentive and friendly from start to finish. The doctor was exceptional!! very skilled, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I felt informed and confident before the treatment. You can tell they really care about their patients and do an excellent job. Overall, such a great experience and I would definitely come back next time I’m in Seoul. Highly recommend!

A private dermatology clinic with excellent accessibility, conveniently located right in front of Sinnonhyeon Station (Gangnam area). The facility is clean and equipped with up-to-date K-beauty technology, and the head doctor and staff are all very friendly. Everything from the treatment to aftercare is provided in private rooms, but the prices are very reasonable for the quality. What I really liked is that the head doctor provides personal consultations and communicates well in English, which makes everything much easier. He offers thoughtful treatment recommendations tailored to your skin concerns, and the procedures are done very carefully. Highly recommended!
