The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff always make me feel comfortable from the moment I arrive. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had another wonderful experience at Cellin Clinic Gangnam! This was my second visit, and once again, the service was excellent from start to finish. The clinic is modern, clean, and conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from Gangnam Station. The staff were warm, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. As an international visitor, I really appreciated that they provided English consultation, making the entire process smooth and easy to understand. This time, I visited for Onda Lifting on my lower abdomen. The procedure was comfortable, and the doctor and staff were attentive throughout the treatment, making sure I felt at ease. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend Cellin Clinic to anyone looking for professional aesthetic treatments in Seoul, especially if you're an international visitor looking for English-friendly service.

I recently had the Advanced Erbium Laser Resurfacing treatment at Cellin Clinic Gangnam, and my experience was very positive. The staff were welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. They explained the procedure, what to expect during treatment, and the aftercare instructions clearly, which made me feel comfortable. The treatment itself was performed carefully, and the medical team regularly checked that I was doing okay throughout the procedure. After the treatment, I received detailed aftercare guidance, which helped me feel confident about the recovery process. I'm still in the healing stage, so I'll need more time to see the final results, but so far the experience has been smooth, and I'm happy with the care I received. Overall, I had a great experience at Cellin Clinic Gangnam and would recommend it to anyone considering advanced laser resurfacing, especially if you're looking for a clinic with English-friendly professional staff and thorough patient care.

Came in for the ONDA 40KJ face treatment and had a really good experience. The clinic is clean and the team is professional. What stood out most was my representative his English was so good and he made sure I understood everything before, during and after the treatment. No feeling of being left in the dark at any point. I also got a little goodie bag with aftercare creams and water to hydrate which I wasn't expecting. Overall, felt very well looked after. Would definitely come back.

Wow honestly 100 stars if I could!! The experience was amazing from start to finish, including from using their WhatsApp to book and ask questions with extremely fast responses to the detailed intake rep where they also had an in-house English translator to the helpers that prep you were all caring and very efficient. I’ve been to several clinics before (VSLINE, Cellin Clinic Hongdae which is not a Forena clinic) and I would rate Cellin Clinic Gangnam station THE BEST hands down based on their doctors and the doctors’ customer service and care! The clinic itself is smaller and more boutique-like on the third floor (on top of a hotpot restaurant and across diagonally from a lower level Subway sandwich restaurant) but it makes up for this coziness with helpers and doctors that truly cared. Even on my way to the bathroom (a very short walk around the corner) at least two people made sure to guide me. There are lockers and a washing station and major note to LOVE BRACELET WEARERS: take off your Love bracelet if you’re doing Thermage due to potential transduction of the treatment. Since I didn’t have the screwdriver to remove it, they kindly put a plugged large electrode pad on my back to ground away the current and also carefully wrapped my love bracelet in gauze. This is SO much care - I was truly impressed! The BEST parts were that the doctors that treated me were both women, fluent in English AND were super amazing in their treatment delivery! I absolutely loved that DOCTORS were the ones administering lasers and injections compared with other clinics that had helpers do it; this was not the case here which made ALL the difference, WOW! I went for a huge slew of treatments including fat dissolving injections (upper body such as arms, back fat/bra line and front abdomen), Thermage 600 shots and Ultherapy Prime 300 shots. They put numbing cream on my face (no other clinics put numbing cream on me before!!) and used ice massages on my upper body to prep and it seriously made all the difference because the pain from ultherapy prime was building up and parts of my face from thermage definitely jolted me up! I definitely saw results immediately even though I was told it would take up to a month. For Thermage they gave me a certificate; was I supposed to receive one for Ultherapy Prime too? For the fat dissolving, Dr Amy Kim was really SWEET and funny and took a lot of care for my injections always giving me a heads up before each, compared to another clinic that shoved all the injections into me roughly. Another female doctor administered the Ultherapy treatment while Dr Kim came back to do Thermage. At the end, Dr Kim made sure the creams/prep was sufficiently wiped off my face, and she kindly gave me many samples of creams including PDRN to help my skin (looks like they sell a brand of PDRN). What a sweet beautiful soul she is! The English translator Nara also gave me after care instructions. All in all I highly highly HIGHLY recommend this clinic over others! It’s definitely smaller but the results and the care is wayyyy better! Lastly they were doing a promo while I was there - prepay 5 million won (2 year expiry on balance) and they would add 500k won to your balance for treatments. I definitely did this as I plan to return this trip to also get toning, LDM, stamped Rejuran and probably more fat dissolving. Hope this all helps you in trying this wonderful clinic🙏🏼
