Usage instructions:

1. Inform the customer service staff of your phone model

2>Provide a [high-quality scanned file] of your passport! Please scan it—not just a photo.

A high-quality scan where all corners of the passport page are visible, with no obstructions or reflections

Attention!! It must be a scanned document! Please use a printer to scan it; other formats will not work for activation.

Activation tips: If there is no signal after inserting the card, try the following:

1. Reinsert the SIM card and turn on/off flight mode several times.

2>Reset the phone to its factory network settings.

3>Make sure to use the single SIM card for activation. If you have a dual-SIM phone, remove the other card first and insert it back after activation (remember to turn on flight mode again).

4>If you don’t have a South Korean version of the phone, activation may take longer (do not switch phones back and forth). If you switch phones, turn on flight mode or shut down the phone before removing and reinserting the SIM card.

5>Don’t forget to enable data roaming and then restart your phone.

Kind reminders:

1. Limits on the number and frequency of card activations using a passport

For users who open accounts using a passport, within 180 days from the first activation (about 6 months), the visa must be valid for at least 30 days, and only one phone card can be activated.

 

2. Conditions for reactivating a card

To reactivate a card using the same passport, meet one of the following conditions:

It has been at least 180 days since the last activation;

3. Requirements for cancellation

To cancel a number previously activated with a passport, ensure that the number has been used normally for at least 93 days before applying for cancellation.
