Paradise city never seems to fail me. This is a lot smaller than the Incheon location but I had an amazing time here. As soon as I entered I was helped and welcomed by Kim Seohyun with the rooms department. The services and customer support here are truly amazing.

For a luxury hotel the experience was pretty lack luster. For the price i would recommend somthing with a more central location. The casino was a nice as well as the 5 star restaurants. We tried to order takeout from a restaurant in the city but needed help with the delivery, they cared very little for helping us and in the end just told us no & recommend we eat at the in house restaurants instead.

The facility is somewhat outdated but well maintained and clean. It’s a great location for enjoying views of the surrounding Seoul landscape, and the food is delicious

I visited many places. Wonderful breakfast, excellent view but may be far from town.

It felt like a secluded oasis, yet I knew the vibrant energy of Seoul was still easily accessible thanks to their convenient shuttle service.

Beyond the stunning scenery, it was the genuine warmth and attentiveness of the staff that truly made my stay exceptional. Every single interaction, from check-in to dining, was met with genuine smiles and a desire to make me feel welcome. They anticipated my needs before I even voiced them, and their kindness felt truly sincere. It's rare to encounter such consistent, heartfelt hospitality, and it made a huge difference to my overall feeling of well-being.

My room was a sanctuary of comfort and elegance. Spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, it offered everything I could wish for and more. The bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a baby! And the view from my window, whether of the mountain or the river, was a constant reminder of the beauty surrounding me.

I also thoroughly enjoyed the various facilities. The pools, both indoor and outdoor, were fantastic for a relaxing swim, and the surrounding green spaces were perfect for a leisurely stroll. There's a wonderful sense of tranquility throughout the entire complex.

Leaving Walkerhill Hotels & Resorts, I felt a genuine pang of sadness. It was more than just a place to sleep; it was a place where I felt truly cared for, where I could unwind completely, and where I created beautiful memories. If you're looking for an escape that combines stunning natural beauty, impeccable service, and a truly luxurious experience in Seoul, look no further. Walkerhill has captured my heart, and I already dream of my return.
