Honestly, it is very rare to find this level of professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail.

The reception team was truly outstanding professional, friendly, welcoming, and available 24/7. What impressed me the most was your constant care and daily follow-up to make sure I was comfortable and did not need anything. Your willingness to help with anything I asked for, even matters unrelated to the accommodation itself, reflects genuine hospitality and true respect for your guests.

The property itself was incredibly clean, quiet, and comfortable.

As for the apartment unit, that is a completely different level of quality, honestly better than many serviced apartments and hotel residences I have stayed in before. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and maintained to perfection:

the cleanliness of the furniture, the beautiful interior design, and the high-quality appliances including the stove, microwave, washing machine, clothing sterilizer/dryer, shoe care system, and air purification/ventilation systems.

Even the small details were exceptional , the fully equipped kitchenware and the premium-quality amenities such as shampoo, body wash, lotion, soap, and laundry supplies all reflected a very high standard.

What also stood out was your incredibly fast response to any request I had, even when it was outside your normal services.

This was truly one of the best accommodation experiences I have ever had, and UH FLAT The Seocho will definitely always be my first and only choice whenever I visit again.

I lived here for 2 nights amidst the peak season where hotels everywhere are sold out. The place is worth the cost, it's super comfy, very clean, the cooking utensils are complete, there is even a massage chair that is good for people who are recovering from the hospital.
The location itself is strategic, it takes less than 4 minutes to get to many convenience stores and emart supermarket. And furthermore, the service is absolutely the best. I would want to rate 7/5 if google ratings would allow me. Mark is the professional and kind frontdesk reception who is very accommodating towards us. We have no trouble communicating in english and he gave us great service when we needed it. I have such a positive impression of this place that I will refer it to my other friends or live here myself again in the future.

Quite impressed with how this accomodation provides a lot of facilities! Big TV, comfortable cozy bed and bidet toilet, there are more. Location wise is not too bad and full of cafes around closeby. Only the A/C and TV remote controller are in Korean so a bit tough to use. Otherwise, good stay for the good price.

I always come back to this property. The accommodation is beautiful, luxurious, and modern style. It is so spacious it made my surgery recovery so much easier than in a hotel even. And the staff is the kindest. They assisted me with an earlier check in and and a check out when I was struggling after surgery. For this reason I will always keep coming back 🥹 (it’s around my 7th time back)

Perfect place to stay when visiting Seoul. The in-room kitchen/dining area and washing machine were incredibly convenient, especially if you’re trying to pack light. Having multiple convenience stores within walking distance was a big plus.

Special thanks to Hyemi at the front desk, she was genuinely kind and helpful during both check-in and check-out. We’ll definitely stay at Uhflat Seocho again next time we’re in Seoul.
