Even though there is no club lounge, the dining experience with Frame is excellent with good value for the money.
Other details including Room condition are also good. I have a good stay and I want to stay again.

We are staying here for a couple more days and so far I had been impressed of the service, room quality, cleanliness, and atmosphere of this hotel. As soon as you stepped in the hotel it greets you with that tantalizing and relaxing atmosphere (esp the smell of cleanliness) after a long day of flight and travel. They upgraded our room and makes it more comfy and homey. The front desk are very helpful and courteous (they understand english so no difficulty in translating what you need). Location wise is near the bus stops and taxi is not hard to get on the hotel front. You dont want your hotel where all the shopping and tourists are! After all the chaos and non stop walking of shopping, you look forward to go relax and just chill. The breakfast dont come with our reservation and havent tried that yet so no comment on the food. I already recommended it to my family to get this hotel and definitely a top tier on my list! This is what vacation life is all about!

Beautiful hotel! Clean, spacious rooms, newer, no problems at all! But the best thing, the service level! We were treated with respect and understanding, and empathy. The staff is wonderful! Especially Jin, one of the managers and Elin, amazing front desk supervisor! They both went out of their way to accommodate my girlfriend and I despite some issues. Please ask for them. Would definitely recommend to others. 👏🏽👌🏽🤗

Excellent rooms, the twin bed 120 cm, very large room space. modern interior, lighting, curtains, closet.
Yummy breakfast at frame restaurant at 12F from 06-10 am (last order 09.30 am).

Wonderful newer Hotel with smart tech in room and a most wonderful delicious Breakfast with everything one could imagine to eat !!
We very much enjoyed our stay and we had a lovely talk at Breakfast with Andrew K.Jung, the General Manager who came to follow up on our request for air-conditioning maintenance that was fixed immediately. !! Will definitely come back to visit and stay here.
