SR Suites Pangyo

As a Korean-Australian couple, we visit Korea at least twice a year and usually stay for about two and a half weeks. Through a friend who lives in Bundang, we came to know about SR Suite Pangyo. The rooms are spacious, equipped with a washing machine, a Styler, a microwave, and are very clean, making long-term stays completely comfortable. Its location near the station makes transportation convenient, and with many restaurants, department stores, and other amenities nearby, we are very satisfied.

Great location, but customer service and complaint handling was done very poorly.
My husband and I stayed at the SR Suite Hotel back in May 2024. Despite putting up “Do Not Disturb” sign, housekeeping staff came in to our room while we were out. During the clean up, one of my clothing item went missing.
When the issue was raised to the management, the only response from them was for me to double check the room and my luggage again, despite me letting them know I had already double, triple checked everywhere.
When I complained about the housekeeping from entering the suite, ignoring the “Do Not Disturb” sign, they apologized and ensured this usually never happens. However, housekeeping staff continued to enter our suite on the next two consecutive days, again completely ignoring the “Do Not Disturb” sign.
We were super frustrated this was continuously happening, and felt our privacy was not respected.
The hotel management really did nothing to improve the situation and the incident.
Our entire stay and experience was very disturbed and we will not be returning.

Lovely room and facilities. A cozy stay for me during my short business visit. From working desk to bathroom and bed. All facilities are of good quality and convenience.
The only bad thing is I got food poison from salad here so please inspect your foods probably before serving customers then everything would be ok.

This hotel is bad for English speaker! I asked them for 2-night stay but they only book 1 and auto-checked me out of the hotel. Also, during checkout, they lost my stuff and didn't refund it. The room and the location are good, but the service is just bad!

I stayed at SR Suites Pangyo Hotel from August 19–22, and this was my second time here. The experience was just as wonderful as the first.

First of all, every staff member at the front desk was very friendly and always willing to help. The lady in charge of the breakfast area was especially warm and kind, seeing that we were foreigners not very familiar with the dishes, she personally made us a Korean bibimbap. It was so delicious that we ended up having two bowls of bibimbap for breakfast the next day! The breakfast soups were also my favorite, including seaweed soup, bean sprout soup, and crab doenjang soup, truly the soul of a Korean breakfast.

The in-room facilities were well maintained, the cleanliness was excellent, and the location of the hotel is perfect. It's very close to Seohyeon Station with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, making everything very convenient.
