Riviera Verium Hotel

the room are spacious, clean, 2 types of towels provided, tooth brushes, cleansing foam. 2 cabinets for your jackets and clothings, electronic safe.
I qas give highest floor, 12th floor amd the view overlooking the strait and the magnificent Incheon Bridge. There is seaside park which is very nice to stroll.

Good location and nice view - if you got a seaside room even better. Room are sufficient in size, the little couch was comfy. Within 15 walking minutes to the north are 30+ restaurants, 10 minutes to the south is a nice park along the coast. From Hotel to T1 ICN it’s less than 15 minutes. If future flight plan requires it - early flight out at ICN - we consider coming back.

I was unable to get any sleep. The hotel rooms don't have AC but it gets extremely hot. The staff came up to try to turn the AC on and said it's not available. He recommended leaving the balcony door open but that created a loud wind tunnel and you can hear the construction and street conversations. I slept and woke up drenched in sweat. I wouldn't recommend this location. There is also a vibration sound coming from under my room. Just not a pleasant stay and I'm really tired.

Location of the hotel is good and also the view of sea if you get front facing room. Front desk is not so helpful. Many grocery series, stopper market and sea view park is nearby. Though TV in my room was not working and even after complain out was not repaired. Kettle was there but no tea or coffee was made available. Bottled Water in the fridge was not available and was given after multiple calls to the reception. Food was okay but not good verities in cuisine. Maintenance of bathroom is poor. Construction work going on near by in three buildings so could be a little dusty and noisy outside.

Stayed here for a night. It's plus point is it's location. There are many shops,restaurants, bars, cafes etc in the walking distance from this hotel. There is a beautiful seaside park too, 10 mins by walk. The rooms are small but clean and has a nice balcony. The sea view is beautiful if you get a room facing the sea. The toilet was functional with a small bath tub. Shampoo and body wash were provided. However these was no body lotion and tooth brush etc provided in the bath toom. There was no safe and no tea or coffee ( though there was a kettle) in the room. Wifi was rather slow. The staff at the reception were not that helpful. The worst part was it's breakfast and even the dinner which were included in the room package. One of the worst breakfast i had in any hotel. It feels like a canteen with few options provided. However I understand the room rates are quite cheap so you should not have high expectations. However I will strongly advise booking g at any other, better hotel.
